*I'm done on this now..only jumped in on this the last few days but one more time...
*These court cases and "evidence" flying around will not come to anything ...except what the PTB WANT it to come to. Obama could have cleared this all up when the questions were first raised by producing his long form original. Yes, I believe it is a cover up and of course..it's been covered up in ADVANCE!!
He didn't WANT to clear it up and has allowed the question to remain. If there was any certain verifiable evidence to be produced he would have done it as it would be so simple. ANY EVIDENCE THAT EXISTED HAS ALREADY BEEN ALTERED OR DESTROYED!!
It kills me that we constantly discuss how much power, control and long term evil plans the Ruling Elite have and yet constantly still fall into the traps! Its a shell game ...they keep moving the cocnut shells to confuse your focus and no matter which one you pick ..you are always left staring
at the inside of an empty coconut!
Whatever they do, whatever diversion they promote is to create a CRISIS and every CRISIS is created so they may offer the SOLUTION and within every SOLUTION there is always, ALWAYS the intended result /purpose to give them more power and control.
Anytime the MSM picks up something like this and starts giving it sudden attention...I take three steps back! lol!! Since when do we suddenly believe the media is NOT controlled and SINCE WHEN do we slobber on every shills program?

For the most part I agree. However, it's an interesting sideshow
Simple things like this is what gets people angry and involved. The more simple the better.
And that's the main problem, aside from the bankers themselves, not enough people are angry enough to do anything or become involved.
If they come our way, they will definitely learn about fraudulent money.

According to the Constitution, (as I understand it, correct me if I'm wrong, please!) ...not only does the Commander in Chief need to be a natural-born citizen, BOTH parents MUST be US citizens. Think about when this doctrine was written...most peoples' parents had come from England, and this rule was to show that they'd renounced the Crown!
So, Barry's mother was white and from Nebraska...and his father was Kenyan and NEVER APPLIED for citizenship in the States...this makes Barry's place of birth irrelevant. Done. Game over.

The thing is, the Hawaian authorities have verified his birth certificate. That's what counts, unless you can prove that the authorities are wrong somehow, and to do that you need real evidence, not questions, or old ladies memories, or other liars and fakes trying to stoke the flames on this one wall the while getting a little attention for themselves.

Here is my long for birth certificate which cost me $15 to obtain. I will provide this to any official who wishes to review it." See how simple it could be ended. Go ahead and live in the gray area, but most of life is as simple as black and white.

If he did what you said, there would be thousands of Hucksters questioning any little detail they could find, making up fakes of the document he produced, on and on. And if he answered every lie people tell about him, he would be spending all his time doing that, and encourage every BS artist in the country to make some claim. So I can easily understand why he did what he did - its the same reason Ron Paul didn't say much about those BS newsletters.
All we really know right now is that Hawaian officials have verified his Birth certificate - So he's eligible. end of story.
You should also note that there are many neocons pushing this theory - sort of a diversion from what's really happening with Tarp, the Fed, Cap and trade , and Healthcare

pledge their allegiance to the flag. I am ex-military and know that you NEVER EVER pledge allegiance to any flag. It is symbolic in nature. You pledge your allegiance to the CONSTITUTION.

The question is not, if he is an American.
The question is if he is a natural born citizen, and therefore eligible to be president.
Lots os people talk about it, as if he was not an American.
After all he might really not be, because after returning from Indonesia, where he was adopted and dual citizenship was not allowed at the time.
He should have gone through immigration.
Might not have happened since his mom was kind of a Hippie.
But when the constitutional eligibility is turned into "he's not an American" then You get it all wrong.
The answer of the congressman was of course also in the wrong direction.
I am following this issue since last year and I am certain that he is ineligible. Question is, does anybody care for the constitution?

Not only is he not natural
Not only is he not natural born if born in Kenya, he's not even a citizen.
The so called verified online bc is the short form. Short-form bc's have no doctor sig and no hospital name. They are generated on the word of the mother. We do not know if the two Hawaii officials validated that form or a long form bc, but the stamp of one of those officials is on the back of the short form. Obama's mother could have been in Kenya during the summer when school was out and lied in order to get Obama citizenship. The laws under those circumstances precluded citizenship.
This is from one of the lawyers suing Obama:
If in fact Obama was born in Kenya, the laws on the books at the time of his
birth stated if a child is born abroad and one parent was a U.S. Citizen, which would have
been his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, Defendant’s mother would have had to live ten (10)
years in the U.S., five (5) of which were after the age of fourteen (14). At the time of
Defendant’s birth, his mother was only eighteen (18) and therefore did not meet the residency
requirements under the law to give her son (the Defendant) U.S. Citizenship. The laws in
effect at the time of Defendant’s birth prevented U.S. Citizenship at birth of children born
abroad to a U.S. Citizen parent and a non-citizen parent, if the citizen parent was under the
age of nineteen (19) at the time of the birth of the child. Defendant’s mother did not qualify
under the law on the books to register Defendant as a “natural born” citizen. Section 301(a)
(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8 U.S.C.
§1401(b), Matter of S-F- and G-, 2 I & N Dec. 182. Obama would have only been
Naturalized and a Naturalized citizen is not qualified and/or eligible to run for Office of the
President. U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section I, Clause 4.

Obama had no problem saying "yes we can change" in his campaign. But now he is so negative when it comes to his birth certificate. In not producing it he is in essence saying... no I won't. Why? Is the real question everyone is asking? Why won't he just show the American people that he is a US citizen? What's he hiding?
I just wish one of those spineless so called reporters would ask him. I'd loved to watch him spit and sputter and give that reporter his "evil eye" while never answering the question directly. lol

When we first introduced you to Rev. James David Manning 15 months ago, the controversial Harlem pastor was making headlines in the New York Times for his provocative sermons attacking Barack Obama.
Now, as President Obama marks his first six months in office on Monday, Pastor Manning is back at it again, this time accusing Obama of faking his citizenship.
A sign posted on the marquee in front of Manning's church on Sunday explicitly challenged the president to prove that he was born in the United States, as required under the constitution to become president.
