According to Dr. Taitz it makes no difference if Obama was born in the White House, in the Lincoln bedroom...he would not be a natural born citizen. This is because his father was never a citizen, he was a British citizen due to the fact that Kenya was at one time a British colony. And when Kenya gained their independence he would have been a Kenyan citizen. She said that a natural born citizen is someone whose parents do not owe allegiance to another country. Obama's father owed allegiance to Britain and later to Kenya.
Therefore, Obama is not a NATURAL born citizen and can not be president.

Whether he has a U.S. bc is important if the court rules by emotion and finds the 14th amendment does not exclude him by virtue of his father's citizenship and declares Obama natural born. They are less likely to do so if there is doubt to the authenticity of his bc.

As a genealogist I know the Family Search website is not documented. Most information is submitted by any family member and can have mistakes and guesswork. A good starting place for family trees, but not to be relied on for documented accuracy.

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.
The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.
Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president....

Google executive order 13489 the very first thing he did once in office
Upon receipt of a notice of intent to disclose Presidential records, the Attorney General (directly or through the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel) and the Counsel to the President shall review as they deem appropriate the records covered by the notice and consult with each other, the Archivist, and such other executive agencies as they deem appropriate concerning whether invocation of executive privilege is justified.
(b) The Attorney General and the Counsel to the President, in the exercise
of their discretion and after appropriate review and consultation under subsection
(a) of this section, may jointly determine that invocation of executive
privilege is not justified. The Archivist shall be notified promptly of any
such determination.
What this says, is that only the Attorney General and Council to the President, are able to review records' requests and determine if they can be made public or not (what they deem appropriate).
Did you know Eric Holder is a personal close-friend of Obama's? Eric Holder was even on his campaign when usurping for Presidency. Eric has stated himself that he shares Obama's same views on the "World" and "Race".
In effect, what this order does is over-turn the previous executive order by Bush, that Presidential records can be made publicly available through the Freedom of Information Act.

Is Hawaii Really a State of the Union?
I don't really know, but I found this website and thought I should share it.
The following information provides an historical perspective on how Hawaii came to be integrated into the United States as a state of the Union, and the fact that this status is not and has never been legally valid.

America gained possession of Hawaii through a succession of illegal acts, in 1893, 1898, and 1959, and has admitted to fact of these crimes. Hawaiian national sovereignty has never been extinguished. Essentially, the country of Hawaii is currently illegally occupied by a foreign military power.
The statehood vote, both in terms of the question asked and the people who were allowed to vote, was in no way a valid act of self-determination, and did not legitimize the occupation. Hawaii has never legally been a state of the United States.
The option of independence for Hawaii exists to this day, and the voices supporting this option are growing steadily.

While I agree that Obama will speed up the awakening, his illegitimacy should be investigated and spoken of. It is just another piece of evidence pointing to the ruling elite's contempt for following the constitution.
As with any crime against the people, the cover-ups always draw more pests into it's web. As this issue gains traction the remnant will gain power and as the economy declines, war continues and states go belly up, many newly awakened people will look to liberty for answers.

We had to pay for a new, with seal, BC so our 7 year-old daughter could play Little League. We had one here from when she was born, but for some reason (I forget- maybe it didn't have the raised seal, or the seal had been flattened in storage?) we had to go to city hall & pay $12.00 for a new one.
