C4L airport lawsuit question

Does anyone know what type of phone the C4L worker used to record the police at the airport? Errr the guy who is suing for unlawful detention or whatever the claim was. I recall reading it had a button on the outside that you could tap on to record the conversation? » |

Yup, it was an iPhone
I did see him re-enacting touching the pad of his iPhone on a TV interview video.
According to Gizmodo, Bierfeldt used "one of its many voice recorder apps" to easily record the conversation:
