Last night my sister said something about how it was a good thing we pay taxes and to make sure that we obey all the laws we need to include all our money (including gifts and tips), in our tax return. So I would like to respond with my pocket constitution all the places the IRS clearly breaks the law.
I know about two
I amendment, because it says congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. and 501c3 makes sure the IRS is kinda breaking that law.
V amendment, because you can go to jail if you dont tell the IRS everything about your money.
I know there is more but I dont see everything so please help thanks.

I humbly submit that you are
I humbly submit that you are barking up the wrong tree. The IRS does not 'break any laws' of the constitution. The income tax laws are completely constitutional in the way they are written. The way they are applied is a different story. I would suggest you read 'Cracking the Code' by Pete Hendrickson if you would like to know the entire story regarding the IRS and the law. I would also suggest you get a copy for your sister. (www.losthorizons.com)
The IRS tricks you into paying a 'tax' that you do not owe by implying that you do owe it. If you do not rebut their claim, then you voluntarily agree with them. Simple as that. It's a contract. None of the collected money goes to the government. NONE OF IT. The IRS was created to collect interest on the national debt on behalf of the FED. The IRS is outside the constitution the exact same way that the FED is outside the constitution. So they cannot violate the constitution. Congress violated the constitution by allowing this situation to happen (against the advice of our founders). You owe it to yourself to learn the truth behind the income tax.
Maybe check out Irwin
Maybe check out Irwin Schiff's books. You can watch Peter Schiff discuss his father on the Daily Paul home page right now.
