Saw a beautiful thing the other day....
I was driving home and noticed the remnants of an Obama bumper sticker on the rear of a compact sedan.
It was all scratched over and peeled but still clear enough that I recognized it.
It represents a day I didn't think would happen at all, let alone a mere six months after inauguration: the day his own constituents would begin to turn on him.
I had argued in the past (even here) that Obama could piss on their Cheerios and they would applaud and come back for more. I saw a Hitler-esque fervor in Obama supporters only equaled by the more intelligent RP supporters love of their candidate.
Only, the RP supporters had a legitimate reason. RP has a track record.
Anyway, I am glad of it. This can only be seen as a good thing.
Maybe we shouldn't spit on them and consider them the enemy. Maybe some of them are willing to listen now. Maybe when you see the next "Stop Endless War - Vote Democratic" bumper sticker you can ask the driver how that's working for him... and then hand him (or her) a "Ron Paul Was Right" bumper sticker.

we can display cars from around the globe that have scratched their bumper stickers off now that obama is going to continue the war and support the slow erosion of the Constitution.
it would hold more merit if it was set up by a "born-again" ex-obama supporter that woke up out of their slumbers, but i think this would be a great idea.
