I would have to deny the nature of the “change” that Obama asserts has come to America. Most importantly, I would have to abnegate my certain understanding that you have chosen to sprint down the road to serfdom that we have been on for over a century.

Many of us seen this letter before, but that's not the issue. It is a great read, but if you sincerely wanted those here who hadn't seen it before to read it, you should have just posted the link to Lew Rockwell's website where this appeared dated Nov 6, 2008.

Instead of directing people to your website, where you copied the whole thing in its entirety and then gave a small "source" link at the bottom to Lew's site.
You didn't even put Ann Wortham's (the author) name on it.
You're not alone, there are a couple others here like you. You all operate the same way. For all I know you are the same person. Regardless, I will not be giving any web traffic to your reboottherepublic website. Not unless you truly provide original content and cease this redirection of web hits for your own personal gain.

I take the time to find and organize interesting news stories, articles, etc. so others don't have to waste their time doing so. Getting a little traffic in return for the time I put into it isn't much to ask. If you feel it is, then feel free to ignore it.
Not to mention, I have permission from Lew, himself, to post his articles as long as I link back to the source.

Be honest
You don't have to "take the time to find and organize interesting news stories" because the posters here do that all on their own! (Gov't Vs Free Market, eh?)
As I wrote earlier, this letter has been posted here numerous times before. If you performed a search of this blog, you'd see that. Why not just post to an existing thread for this letter to "bump" it? Why feed off Lew's site- or rather Ann Wortham's writings- for your own gain?
Ryan, I know you are a Ron Paul supporter and have actively worked in his interest in the past. However, due to several scammers who infiltrated the R3VOLution IN ORDER TO fill their pockets, this plagiarist behavior you've adopted is sickening.
Yes, I do feel that your "getting a little traffic" for NO WORK AT ALL, but through plagiarism, IS too much to ask. And yes, I will not only avoid your website, but I will continue to post my opinion about it.
You are stating here that Lew Rockwell himself told you that you may copy Whole, complete articles from his website, without author attribution, as long as you provide that little link which only reads "Source" at the bottom of the page? Just want to get that straight... ;)

Here is an email from Mark over at Strike The Root that I still had in my trash. I clearly am asking for permission. Go ahead and email him yourself if this email is legitimate.
After you get a response saying it is, I would appreciate an apology. Of course, you don't have to, but it would say a lot about your character if you tried to discredit someones character then ended up being wrong and didn't man up to it.

Yes, I am saying Lew, himself, gave me permission as long as I link back to his website. Lew does the same thing. Why does this suprise you? Email and ask him yourself. He's very responsive and not someone you should hold to some higher idol/godlike status. He's just a human like you or me. I have also gotten permission from people over at strike-the-root and other sites. Feel free to ask them as well.
I do A LOT of work going through articles and sharing them with people. How is my site any different than this site? Most everything posted on the front page is links to other stories?
How did I make money off of my Joe Greene website? It was nothing more than commentary and videos? There were no ads. I took it down because his management threatened me about criticizing one of his fights.
I encourage you to speak out against my site as much as possible. The feedback I get from visitors have nothing but good things to say. So, if you can direct people to a site with good information, knock yourself out.

Thanks for this post .I knew quit a few others that feel as you do ,when I was a Marine ..Lots of good men, black & white, with each others interests in mind .. I work with others, black & white & each group has good & bad..Some cling to one thing & some cling to other things ..This is fine ..The problem comes when these differences are no longer respected as part of life..Change & acceptance can be good ,but to force change is not the same as acceptance ..I can tell, you know this too...I am white & I am glad to see that we can agree & maybe afford each other the freedom to disagree ..Thanks again, your Patriot friend..
