Glen Beck invitation?

and a nice young sounding man actually said that "he shares the exact same sentiment" as those of us who are pleading to make this happen ASAP. He said they are making note of all the calls and he agreed it is of an absolutely urgent nature. Didn't sound bothered at all, just empathetic. For what it's worth...

This conversation will not, and should not die. This isn't a minor request for me. He must accept this offer ASAP. This is ridiculous. Beck has handed him the election on a silver platter, and if he doesn't respond, it either means the campaign folks are incompetent or they don't really want to win. Either way, my *active* support ends if they reject this.

What the hell were we constantly harassing Beck for, if not for this? We have been demanding media coverage. It has now been offered on a silver platter, and we will turn it down? I don't think so... And the campaign needs to issue a statement to the grassroots immediately on their intentions.

Ron Paul is running a VERY savvy campaign, people underestimate the brilliance of his campaigning knowledge.

I don't understand how holding off until a later date can be a good thing. The campaign doesn't want to hold off on contributions until the Tea Party, and this is pretty much analogous. We need all of the publicity we can get, while we can get it. Each interview will spawn others.

is holding off until right before February 5th. February 5th is when Ron Paul will need the most national attention. The voters in the early primaries/caucases usually depend on local media for their information on the candidates. I think it might be too early to do the Glenn Beck interview now, because most voters don't decide who their voting for until the days leading up until election day. 2 hours of national airtime right before Tsunami Tuesday would be a good move.

I, too, have contacted the campaign about the need for getting on these two shows. Here, some of us are attacking or complaining about how the Main Stream Media closes doors on us, and when they are now inviting us -- the National Campaign is not responding quickly enough. This is a no brainer. Media runs in cycles; once you get on one major show, others will invite you; thus millions more hear your message. Everyone needs to take a moment and call National Headquarters. They need to hear from their base. I am sorry if all of this sounds negative, but with 30 days until Iowa, we need to jump kick every opportunity.

Beck keeps talking about RP and drawing attention to him. People go elsewhere to learn about Ron Paul and he doesn't have to put up with Beck's BS face-to-face.

I heard Beck on the radio by accident last weekend. I was in the car and the scan landed on his program. Never heard it before. Guess who called in? MittROM!

I could hear Beck choking on Mitts pepperoni. He was sooo polite to his brother Mormon. "Oh yes Mitt...ahh I agree with you Mitt..."

Not that it matters at all to me, and you all probably knew that already but I just discovered that. I am all for freedom of religion it's a big part of what makes this country great. It could mean that he supports Mitt Romney though.
