This is really getting interesting. sounds like more lies to me. Remember when the Governor and the department of health issued a statement that they have seen and verified Obama's original long form birth certificate? Obviously they viewed it 8 years ago under the chance he might be elected President?

Did Hawaii discard Obama’s paper birth certificate eight years ago?
Lou Dobbs stated on his show on July 23, 2009 that the state of Hawaii discarded Obama’s paper birth certificate eight years ago. If that is true, then what did the Hawaii Health Department officials mean in their news release of October 31, 2008?

First: Obama can not be a Natural Born citizen because his father was never a citizen of the U.S.. This is proof before we even get to the birth certificate issue.
Second: Lou Dobbs is milking this issue. I promise you Lou Dobbs knows a whole lot more than what he is saying on the air.
Third: This video tape that WND is fixing to release on Aug. 4th I believe could be an eye opener. That, in my most humble opinion is why he is desperately moving so fast with all his agenda's. He knows his day of reckoning is just around the corner. just a thought.

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.
At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.
The DOJ will be involved with the case also…. I wasn’t clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.
Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.
Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

Gah.
My wife is a judge... she does not get into politics much, besides her own, of course.
However, today she wondered what all the hoopala was about because of the birth certificate thing.
As a result, I've just spent 2 hours of getting drilled for information on the subject. It was a good thing because she has a way of stripping all the preconceived notions that I hold aside and just gets down to the meat of the matter.
At the end of it she thinks that this is an incredibly smart move on Obama's part, because if he is indeed an imposter then the Justice Department of the United States cannot hold him accountable for his actions while in office.
I had not thought of that angle.. and now it makes more sense as to why he won't just cough that darn bit of paper up.
We're screwed... :(

Does she allow photo copy signatures as evidence on an eleged contract or does she require seeing the actual contract so that she can see the Stamps, Marks, Assignments, ect. Even in the case of a 'default' judgement, without the proof that the contract has not been sold a judge could never in my opinion, rule in favor of a plantif. NEW YORK -Six months after Barack Obama's inauguration, a persistent and noisy legion of doubters won't let go of an already debunked claim — that he is actually a foreign-born, illegal president.
The issue has flared again on political blogs, TV news shows and even a town hall meeting, widely circulated on YouTube, in which a Republican congressman was booed for saying Obama is a citizen.
Mainstream Republicans who want the issue to go away are having a tough time stamping it out as the so-called "birthers" resurface, with assists from talk show host Rush Limbaugh and CNN's Lou Dobbs.
Some who had initially dismissed the claim as a laughable political sideshow now wonder whether it's gotten out of control.
"I've stopped laughing," New York Daily News columnist Errol Louis wrote Thursday. "Too many political and media leaders are deliberately fanning the flames of ignorance and fear, and they should be ashamed."

LOL, the author of this article is trying to dismiss the noisy legions of doubters by claiming the birth issue has been debunked. Just because he says it's been debunked doesn't make it so.
While he's blaming political blogs, TV new shows and town hall meetings, he might take a closer look at the military for the resurrection of this issue.
They folded like a cheap suit the minute they were challenged on the validity of orders given by a questionable Commander in Chief. And than went one step further by getting the person who dared bring up this question...FIRED.
I guess he and his attorney should grateful that he only lost his job and didn't have one of those infamous accidents, suicides, heart attacks, drownings, etc..

The Constitution provides for removal of a POTUS via impeachment proceedings. Were Obama a usurper POTUS, impeachment would not be applicable. He would be a law breaker generally and, possessing vital national security information by unlawful means, an enemy of the state. The FBI would merely need to arrest him.

Are you sure about that? Even if he were arrested he would still be president. The grounds for impeachment are high crimes and misdemeanors. Wouldn't he have to be impeached first, then the FBI would be able to arrest him?
Or in lieu of being arrested he could cut a deal like Nixon. Resign and Biden will pardon him.

There are just too many
There are just too many people who are beginning to have doubts, because of his refusal to present a certified copy of his long birth certificate. This is something average Americans are required to do. Why would Obama refuse to do the same? Why would he instead spend money on attorney's fees to avoid having to produce it? Why would his first Executive Order on January 21, 2009 one day after being sworn in as president, be used to seal all his records? These actions are making people wonder what he has to hide?
As much as Obama and his enablers want this to go away, it ain't gonna happen. Not until one, he produces irrefutably evidence that he is indeed a natural born citizen and has no allegiance to another country by way of dual citizenship or two the Supreme Court rules on one of the many cases filed against him.
And if proven ineligible to hold the office of the POTUS, then the House would be required to do their duty and initiate impeachment proceedings. This would be the only way, I believe he could be removed from office other than him resigning.

His mom could have lied in order to get him citizenship, but that still does not make him a natural-born citizen eligible to be president since his father was not a citizen.
The people peddling the
The people peddling the notion that it's a nutty conspiracy theory that his mom was going to do this so that he could end up being the president some day just blows me away. Even John Stewart is in on that. Yes it's satire when someone like him says it but when others who are on "legitimate" news channels say it, it is ridiculous. There are advantages to being recognized as a U.S. citizen vs. and Indonesian, Kenyan, or British citizen.
By the way, one thing he will never ever answer is how an American citizen was allowed to travel to Pakistan during a time when no Americans were permitted to do so. But that's just another little bit to throw on the "lets see the records" pile.
That's all I want, and it's all a lot of people want. We just want the truth and we want to see it with our own eyes. We don't want government agencies to tell us to "trust them", that "they have verified the information". We want all the records released, after all he is a public servant and we the people have a right to know who we have employed as the CEO of our nation. Maybe we should have tried a little harder to find out before we hired him but that does not give him the right to deny our access to such information after the fact.

The short-form bc does not include hospital name, doctor name and doctor signature.
His newspaper birth announcement was automatically triggered by the generation of the short-form birth certificate.
The address listed on the birth announcement belongs to the grandparents.
Lawyer says even if he was born in Hawaii, both his parents would have to be US citizens and is using the writings of the framer of the 14th amendment to back her argument.
Hawaii officials who "confirmed" his bc misled us if the bc was destroyed eight years ago.
The deployment orders of the military man who refused to deploy till Obama proves he is natural born were rescinded.
Obama has held back many other records that would be helpful in identifying him.

It would be helpful if you, or anyone, could definitively establish that this was the newspaper's procedure for reporting births. You would need a name and statement from someone who works for the paper, but my guess is that you'll never get that far.
My father was a radio broadcaster in SW Iowa. On the daily "Who's New in Pink and Blue" morning program, births were announced. The birth information was obtained by calling the hospitals. No document review ever. The claim that the subject paper's reporting of births was "automatically generated" has to be false - they doubtless made calls too. The State of Hawaii would have had no meaningful automation (no computers) in the year of Obama's birth. I tend to doubt that it would have been sending birth data to the newspaper. Not a chance.
