I was listening to NPR recently and I found out that Bernanke will be giving a town hall meeting in Kansas City, MO this week.

apparently people can submit questions for Jim Lehrer to ask Bernanke. Knowing the mainstream media they will probably omit the intelligent questions and ask stupid ones to make the fed look good but I think we ought to submit questions.

The dollar has lost 97% of its purchasing power since the inception of the Federal Reserve in 1913. Given this track record of irresponsibility, how can you justify the exemption of monetary policy from review by congress or the GAO?

and the $24 TRILLION they've stolen. Used some to pay huge bonuses. Gave lots to GM, Goldman, Chae and all of a sudden these companies show huge quarterly profits (sure just held the bailout check till time to report) These bastards lied to the Congress (US) Now their lying again. Paying banks not to lend the money they got to stimulate the economy.

When the Federal Reserve is loaning to foreign banks, how much interest does it charge, and where in the Constitution is the provision for this?

Thanks for the video. Jim Lehrer is a CFR member. The folks watching and listening to anything broadcast on his show should be aware that the CFR has a globalist agenda. I predict that if transparency of the Fed becomes law many of the CFR members will go down. They are flirting with treason.

Who are Bernanke's handlers? Is he really the boss or just the public lightning rod?

Guys like Paulson and Geitner must actually be quite smart or they would not have been in charge of private institutions. On the other hand politicians are generally well dispositioned, well spoken, and good on their toes but lack much common sense. How much power do you think Fed Chairman actually have?

Does anyone believe this stageshow will answer any questions?

This was on Sunday and attempts were made by the Liberty Restoration Project and C4L members in Kansas and Missouri to participate in both the broadcast and a protest at the KC Fed. I'll post a video if I can find someone who attended who took one.

I think we should do an old fashioned protest outside of the "town meeting" just to show Bernake the LOVE in rEVOLution! Not that I live anywhere near the midwest, but hey it's an idea for those bored meet-up groups. Can you imagine 1,000 RP supporters outside of the town hall meeting venue. Heh Heh Heh.

The whole notion of the staged "town hall meeting" is completely rediculous. I bet the "town hall meeting" will have hay bales and corn stalks placed around the stage. He'll probably be joined by a cast of all-american characters, asking "questions". Heh. This ought to be very entertaining at least ... for a bonus, watch for the obligatory NWO symbolism... 5 points if you spot the eye and 2 points for every mention of "economic terrorism".

It's so great of Ben to have a "town hall meeting" to "answer" our "questions". Ben's such a great guy to do that.
