They are doing their best to discredit every legitimate issue
that is brought in to the light. There are SEVERAL being thrown at "them" right now and they are doing the "duck and cover" routine. Think about it...Audit the FED, show us proof of eligibility, open a new investigation of 9-11, READ the damn bills, etc....they have not had so much light shone on them for a long time. They aren't just going to throw their hands up in defeat and neither can we. The battle has just begun and they are ramming legislation through faster and faster....WE HAVE TO STAY VIGILANT on ALL fronts!!!!!!

If there was an issue, it would be "natural born" and undefined term which has not been litigated.
Would McCain been a "natural born" citizen? Don't know...no case law on this one people.
Thus, it is a ridiculous issue to have a particular passion about because it is an open question....givening him a right to presidency until the question is resolved by Congress and States through an amendment or with a SC interpretation

What we KNOW is unlawful is the welfare/warfare state. If what we THINK is unlawful hurts our crusade against that which we KNOW, why shoot ourselves in the foot? It's an issue that some choose to keep pushing and others don't. No one can deny there's asomething to it--i.e. it's legit, but I fear it has been hijacked and is being used against us. I have to commend Alex Jones for today's show with Phil Berg and Rev Manning; if there's two ways to keep me in this fight. . .
But I'm still not going for it. This puppet is no different than the rest and I feel like once the MSM has a story, it will play out how they decide. I'm happy to have helped bring it this far, but as my post from the other day suggested, I'm not recommending pursuing the matter any further--to my activist friends---I would NEVER seek to take a good fight from anyone. I'll stand up for anyone who knows about the BC AND the Fed, or just the Fed, but surely not just the BC.

Its a matter of political expedience
For most people the Certificate of live birth, and the Birth announcement are proof enough, particularly when there is no real proof that he was born in Kenya, or that his mother ever traveled to Kenya. (relatives swear he was born in Hawaii. ) You can complain about not having a Birth certificate, and get into the intricacies of the difference in types of documents. But people will not care ,particularly people that like Obama. To them, this seems like whining at best, racism at worst.
you can split hairs about what we really mean by Natural born citizen, you can fool with the wording of various laws, and the 14th amendment, that is vague anyway. And you can act self righteous about the "letter of the law" knowing full well that the law can have varied interpretations. No judge will ever rule against Obama.
Say that there is no Birth certificate - There will be a reason for this, either real or imagined. And if it is a fake reason, no one will believe it is fake.
So, for the sake of politics, not truth, this issue should be dropped. Politics is not for sissys, and you have to look the other way sometimes to be successful. I know to many here fighting it out would be preferable, but that's a losing proposition.

A certificate of live birth is not accepted as proof of birth in Hawaii, first off. So I don't care what most people ~think~. You're talking about a set of people that voted for this guy, so I consider them mentally off in the first place.
Second, I am not splitting hairs as to the definition of natural-born citizen at all... it was last reaffirmed by Resolution 511 in October of last year. It is crystal clear.
Third, you can sit by and watch the Constitution erode, point by point. Political expediance, you say? That is your call, your choice. It is not mine. If you feel it is a moot point, then don't reply on the thread and it will die off.
