My goodness, not the House has facts, not the House has
documentation, the House has resolved he was born in Hawaii. I hope nobody said, I'll be damned if he wasn't born in Hawaii, which is Hawai'i.
For some reason, we're expected to know every law that exists in America & in our state so we don't break it. We're supposed to know this when we're 18. There's no litmus test for them, as in the 10 commandments or rhyme or reason. C.U.R.E.
It's obvious,
at least to me, that the Obama admin is hiding something. Repeatedly calling people names like "birthers" is beside the point and will not work. You Paultards should know this.
It was reported that CNN chief Klein said that Hawaii had discarded all physical records when going electronic. So, "No record exists. Case closed. Shut up you birther racists!" Are we living in Alice in Wonderland here? I knew that Klein's assertion was ridiculous. Keeping records is task #1 of government agencies. They do not destroy them or throw them away. It was not a credible assertion and so Hawaii was forced to admit its falsity. Obama needs to show this record or be removed from office. The next thing will be calls for his removal.
To those wo say, "Peter Schiff! The Fed!", honestly are you aware that this is a liberty forum? Who are you to tell me where to focus my activism? What could be more important than removing a foreign agent from the White House who is communizing us as we speak?

I find it interesting that all of a sudden we have this from congress and then a statement from Hawaii etc. To be honest I think Obama is the son of Frank Marshal Davis and is an under the radar communist racist. Congress does not even read a bill they vote on; therefore, they have no credibility anymore. What a farce this vote was. If someone makes an accusation, the accuser needs to provide the evidence of wrongdoing.
I don't like Obama as much as anyone around here, but this argument that he is not a natural born citizen is the stuff of speculation and makes us look like fools grasping at straws.

There's plenty of proof...for example Obama's grandma saying that she was present when he was born in Kenya...and I'm not hearing anyone say "Obama's grandma didn't say" that or "Obama's grandma is lying"

It is for Obama to provide the proof that he IS a natural born citizen, nor for us to provide proof that he is not. So far, after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorney fees, he has yet to show sufficient proof that he is, which is namely a long form of birth certificate. It is simple and easy to show it if he indeed possesses it and would quiet all speculation. Why hasn't he? I had to show my daughter's birth certificate two days ago for her to take a driving course!

If you accuse someone of wrong doing, the burden of proof is on you. If you accuse me of killing someone, I don't need to provide proof that I didn't.
If you are applying for a service, and the process is defined as needing to provide certain documents; then the burden is on you to follow the process to complete your application.
Really, what makes this any more than speculation?

I haven't seen the actual text of the resolution, but...
I'd be willing to bet any amount of money that it specifically lists his name in ALL CAPS because that's where the trust/strawman/legal fiction known as BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA was created when he became a citizen of the corporate UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. No one can vote NO because it can be proven that this legal fiction was created there. That is why the ONLY choice for them is to side-step the issue and abstain from voting.
Someone find the actual resolution or a transcript or something. I'm 100% POSITIVE it does, even without seeing it.

Why am I so certain? Because only legal fictions can deal with other legal fictions. Think of it this way - could you file a lawsuit against a tree? How about an animal? Humans are basically highly advanced animals. What makes us able to be sued? Because you were pledged as collateral for the state when your mom signed that birth certificate. She relinquished title of your body to the state. Simple as that. Have you voided that contract yet? No? Then you're still their property! Do you use documents with the ALL CAPS name printed on them (driver's license, ss card, passport, marriage license, etc.)? Did you SIGN THESE ITEMS? Congratulations! You just agreed to represent that legal fiction! They now have your own personal consent, not just your mom's.

Before the 14th amendment we are listed as Citizens of the various States... In the 14th and after we are listed as citizens of the UNITED STATES....
What is the difference? If we REPEAL the 14th doesn't that get us our rights back?

We have all unwittingly validated a legal fiction by signing our names to documents that have our names spelled in all capital letters, and now we must engage in legal fiction to undo it? WTF? I'm not questioning the validity of your comment, I've heard it before. But I do question the validity of anyone's claim to one second of my life. Any so-called "consent" obtained through fraud and/or deception is invalid. Fuck the State. The State can bring its weak-ass claim for my life to my front door.

I think this an ELECTION REFORM issue
America has politely just assumed that the folks at the DNC and RNC are above board in how they select their candidates. These are the only parties that don't have to go state to state providing documentation for their selected candidate. ( This is since the "debacle with Perot" after which both parties lobbied hard to secure the system that is currently in place - ie. The Party says they are OK so they are OK). Everyone just assumed that the DNC and the RNC would do the proper vetting and uphold the Constitution. The DNC is the actual culprit.
AND
I do not doubt that the RNC is a party to this at some level.

So I hold the DNC (and the RNC) responsible for this whole Obama Birth Certificate mess. There is no point in introducing laws restating what it already says in the Constitution. The thing that HAS to happen is that the Dems and Repubs must do what every other party in America has to do...get their candidate approved for ballot inclusion by each and every state separately. Period.

Presidents with one immigrant parent are Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809), whose mother was born in England, James Buchanan (1857-1861) and Chester Arthur (1881-1885), both of whom had Irish fathers, and Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921) and Herbert Hoover (1929-1933), whose mothers were born respectively in England and Canada.
They were grandfathered in. It is in the Constitution.
They were the originals.
And for the other later ones,
if they were born on US soil, then they are natural born citizens.
The issue with Obama is that it is NOT resolved that he was born on US soil, and if he wasn't, then he's not qualified, because the other stuff about his parents would disqualify him if he was born on foreign soil.
As for the later ones,
there is no mention as to whether the immigrant parents were US citizens are not.
During the Senate resolution on McCain's eligibility Judiciary Chairman Patrick Leahy defined Natural Born as when BOTH parents are US citizens and the child is born within the US or a territory of the US.
