Beware of HuffPo's moderators
who are shaping the dialogue to appear more anti-Rand than it would be otherwise. They've deleted some of my harmless comments; another pro-Rand commentator made the same complaint.
HuffPo is such a propaganda machine.
Yeah
I'm getting the same thing.
The Mistaken Are Easy to Convert
The ones who know who the Paul's are and what they stand for, and still don't like them are harder to convert.
But the ones who don't know anything not based on old name-calling incidents during so-called "debates" should be easy.
Send them some links to some good videos on the issues.

I don't believe that is correct IMissLiberty
I'm one of those Ayn Rand Libertarians, not a Rothbard Libertarian, but one of those who like Justian Raimondo at Antiwar.com and The Brandon Institute, and Alexandre Cockburn of Counterpunch, who supported Ralph Nader. Ralph Nader has a right to be on the ballot, no matter what party, of ideology, for some of us concerned about free, fair, open honest elections and ballot access, candidate rights and voters rights, Nader was the man with the plan.
Many of those on the left had NO idea who or what Nader was. They saw him through the eyes of MSM, a "Don Quixote" poking at corporate and government windmills (MSM). Nader refeused to join the Green Party which is why they did not support him in 2004, when he would have won with a Green party nomination.. McKinney, like Ron Paul, are members of many parties. Nader is not a member of any party.
Anyway, I watched the Greens, Dems and liberals fight against each other using dirty tricks of having each other arrested and my gawd, Democrats were telling the socialists they should be shot, Green Party split in two, and along comes Ron Paul, who Nader called it when he said Ron Paul was going to drop out.. which Nader was right.. and I don't have regrets not working on ballot access for Nader this election, the rEVOLution was worth it.. now if we can get the Nader activists to join us, then we will get somewhere, and it's not going to be the GOP or Sarah Palin. Those hard core Nader supporters are activists who have hit brick walls and have no where else to go, so they create and establish PRIGS and PACS, but they are going to stear clear of "Conspiracy theory", which unfortunately, it is true that Conspiracy Theory runs deep in Ron Paul's camp as it does LaRouche. Ron Paul's rEVOLution was born out of YouTube conspiracy, which is why it's avoided by those long time activists who may be interested in helping on certain issues, for example, ending the fed, but fear, that ending the fed with Ron Paul will mean they sell out for something important to them, single payer healthcare. They are all over single payer healthcare and according to MSM, the houses are responding to them and even though Ron Paul has H.R. 2629 Coersion is not healthcare", few folks are going to town hall meetings and debating healthcare, and still, that is not lessening the fears that the issues of pro-abortion, where they are strongly pro-choice, and most important is Ron Paul being a Republican.. the neocons are too powerful to not win, so that puts the whole Ron Paul camp on the fringe.. they want to go main stream, and hope that we would join them... but I don't see that happening, even though, because Nader has been correct about the parties, the corporations the corruption, I see Nader influencing the left far more than Ron Paul at this point. Since Ron Paul and Ralph Nader agree on several issues, like ending the wars, this should be the common ground and where a new party or movement of peace might start. Both are unreasonable men of principle and integrity.
WE ARE GOING TO WIN!
Its unfortunate that single
Its unfortunate that single payer healthcare, an issue where there can be no compromise, is so important to them.
Ventura 2012
But I found that by bringing up cannabis as medicine
that their single payer healthcare will eliminate their right to smoke cannabis... I have been surrounded and swamped at town hall meeting for standing up against it, and it went no where here, because it was televised, and I made a very good point. Some issues, like abortion and choice are going to have to become agreed to not go there so we can unite to fight issues we agree.. ending the patriot act, the wars, the fed, freedom in healthcare.. travel, etc.
WE ARE GOING TO WIN!
Not sure
about digging this article. There are a lot of negative comments posted by the posterchildren. As usual they have no substance and are rooted in complete ignorance. Better use of your time would be to infiltrate the site with informative comments about what we/Ron Paul stand for.

I'm usually not interested in digging anything from HuffPo
But as I read through the comments, I'm seeing that only one or two posters that are trying to be Paulbusters. Lots of negative comments by a vocal minority. Are any of you members over there?
I'm tempted to join, to assist others with the positive commentary.

I Just Read All the Comments
JIDF diggers and Huff Poo Pooers are the most vile, uneducated, partisan, pieces of crap; I'm so done with them. It would almost be worth the country falling apart, just to know that that filth is starving to death somewhere, with their dreams of government protection shattered.
Sorry to be so negative; they just reminded me why I don't frequent digg anymore. Ugh, I need a shower now.

wow
They are talking a bunch of sh!t about Rand and Ron. Most of it is based on nothing...perception maybe? It makes me wonder where people hear the things they are saying on there. They obviously have not taken any timje to study the person they are commenting about.
I didn't like reading that stuff at all! Most of them are beyond help I think.

People are waking up
I think Rand will surprise a lot of people, he will do very well. People are getting tired of the fake promises and status quo.
