Help Wanted-No experience or college education needed, $78,000 starting pay, Free Healthcare, dental care and eyecare, up to $600.00 per month car lease allowance, $10,000 per year discretionary fund, after 6 years you become vested and collect a pension commensurate with your compensation. A $125.00 per day fund is available for every day spent on the job. Must be 18 years or older, a U.S. Citizen (either natural or naturalized), a resident of Pennsylvania for 5 years and have a pulse. Technically you are only required to be on the job in Harrisburg 65 days of the year. Primary elections are May 2010, if you want this job now is the time to consider running for Pennsylvania State Representative.

Can other states do similar "Help Wanted" ads for their state?

minimum age is actually 21 in PA

for reps, and 25 for senators.

I like the idea a lot. We need good people in State legislatures

I'd change the wording a bit because you make it sound like you're trying to attract any idiot. I know any idiot can run, but why encourage more!
Unless you're saying you'd prefer more rules for representing people, but I know you love freedom and wouldn't suggest anything that assanine.
