Bill Randall, Running for D13 in North Carolina

I went to a Tea Party in Mayodan, NC and heard Bill Randall whom is running for the 13th District in North Carolina. It's a large wide-spread district and currently Democrat controlled.

I love the way he talks and I think he'd be good candidate.
