MANASSAS, Va. - Prince William County Police responded to a noise complaint at a child's baptism party. By the time they left, a grandfather and a pregnant woman had been Tasered.

What sort of ordinance restricts noise in the afternoon?

It's not like they were blasting rap music at midnight. It looked like a harmless kid-party. A little music.. a little wine.... grampa's a little sh*tfaced... so what?

I think it's time to remove the tazer from the policeman's arsenal. It is the latest LTL weapon and already prone to misuse. Police in my town are not allowed to carry them. They can call for one under special circumstances but they are not equipped with one on their belt.

Idon't understand why they keep wanting to torture citizens but it's not going to work out well for them in the end.
