What Are Continuity of Government Plans?
Continuity of government plans are contingency plans which create a new government in the case of an alleged threat to the ability of the American government to continue operations. America's COG plans were created to deal with nuclear war, but they have been discussed in many other contexts as well.
What would things look like if the COG plans were already being implemented?
Top leaders of the “new government” called for in the COG would entirely or largely go into hiding, and would govern in hidden locations
Those within the new government would know what was going on. But those in the “old government” – that is, the one created by the framers of the Constitution – would not necessarily know the details of what was happening
Normal laws and legal processes might largely be suspended, or superseded by secretive judicial forums
The media might be ordered by strict laws – punishable by treason – to only promote stories authorized by the new government
Therefore, COG plans are of vital importance to America, because their implementation suspends the normal Constitutional form of government, separation of powers, and traditional American rights.
Continuity of Government Plans were Implemented for the United States on 9/11.
Has the Government Maintained COG to the Present?
The Washington Post states that Vice President Richard Cheney initiated the COG plan on 9/11 (“From the bunker, Cheney officially implemented the emergency continuity of government orders . . . .”)
Is that why the government:
Suspended habeas corpus?
Has been spying on Americans?
Won't enforce the laws?
Is basically “deputizing” corporations to act as sheriffs in the event of martial law?
Is training pastors to preach obedience to martial law?
Are all of these actions based upon a COG form of government?
Indeed, in the summer 2007, Congressman Peter DeFazio, on the Homeland Security Committee (and so with proper security access to be briefed on COG issues), inquired about continuity of government plans, and was refused access. Indeed, DeFazio told Congress that the entire Homeland Security Committee of the U.S. Congress has been denied access to the plans by the White House (video; or here is the transcript). The Homeland Security Committee has full clearance to view all information about COG plans. DeFazio concluded: "Maybe the people who think there’s a conspiracy out there are right”.

If we do not have a constitutional government now, why did Obama & Sotamayor (sp?) take their oath of office to defend, support and unphold the Constitution of the united States?

This is something that needs to be investigated and
challenged for sure.
We should all be suspicious of any "suspend the Constitution" plans.
In fact, I would think ANY oath bound official would be guilty of violating that oath as well as INSURRECTION for conspiring to create and implement such plans. By definition, such an oath violation makes their office automatically vacated. So they have no power or authority any longer, and any continuance should result in arrest and prosecution for impersonating a government official.
Likewise, it is very important to educate people that if the Constitution could be "suspended" then there IS NO GOVERNMENT on the national level. The States would be left to fend for themselves or operate under the Articles of Confederation till they can work out a solution.
Anyone currently in the national government under such a suspension is automatically out of a job at the moment of the suspension and they have ZERO authority or power.
We also need to point out to people that only the States can end the Constitution, because it was the States who created it.

I was reading GuLag Archipelago by Solzenitchen when Bush was campaigning, and I was thinking while reading the book... "What's wrong with America is our government elected have not read this book because they would see they are on the same path as Stalin"... and then, in his second campaign speach, Bush mentioned Solzenitchen, and I had an epiphany.. They were using GuLag Archipelago as a "road map", making sure to to make the mistakes Stalin made.
I was a kid when we lost the war in Nam. I waited for a long time to see what the communists were going to do to us. It occured to me when Carter signed over the Panama Canal that the Chinese put Americans on a "water torture" drip by drip, day by day, election by election, we lost our nation when we lost Nam, but instead of admitting that we lost, they just kept establishing the change being dictated to them by "authorities".
Majority of Americans oppose the Patriot Act... no debate, they just sign... why? They've been TOLD to sign. Did you see the post about the WTC being renamed The One World Tower and leased to China elite?
Clinton followed Bush/Reagan policies, Bush couldn;'t have done what he did if not for Clinton, and now Obama will make changes based on the "mistakes" of Bush. Democrats thought Obama was going to go the opposite of Bush... Many are in denile and republicans were in denile when Democrats/ Indys said, Bush is a socialist and worse than Clinton!
Obama's solgan, "Change we can believe in" I took as meaning, Americans were going to wake up during his administration that Obama was going to "capitalise" on Bush policy, wars, etc.
I was thinking the other day about how many government departments we have, and how they have different districts that overlap.. I live in Dist 1, 10, 23 depending on what govt organization we're talking about.. so I think things like the 100 mile constitutional free zone.. is true for some departments... I feel like you have a piece of a jigsaw puzzle.. where it fits, I don't know.
