Grandpa, Pregnant Mom Tasered: :Analyzed: :FreeManOnLand

I saw this story and after reading it over and watching the video report many details stuck out at me that I thought I'd share with the DailyPaul community in helping you all realize whats really going on.

So I'm going to take this news story and breakdown some facts for everyone. In case you don't know the details I recommend you go to the original thread and read up on it and watch the report now...

Ok. Now that your up to speed on that.

"Edgar Rodriguez says the backyard celebration came to an abrupt halt. After some confusion, his 55-year-old father, Edgar Rodriguez, Sr. says he was asked for an ID and handed it over. Then, he was Tasered three times."

This caught out at me right away. Whenever you provide your PERSON to a representative of Corp US, or its smaller branches like Corp States, you are agreeing to represent your person and actually will be treated as if you are actually the person in which all of Corp US's USC (united states code) now becomes law through contract. The police officers had to make sure that they had jurisdiction before they tasered the poor man. This is called a Joinder in which Corp US joins the Corporate person (ss# / name in all caps on your license) with the real flesh and blood Man which you are. Without having Jurisdiction prior to their "attack" they run the risk of significant penalties should that individual have all of his notices in place, including trespass fines and a fee schedule.

"The officers contacted the homeowner, who was highly intoxicated. The officers explained the noise ordinance to the homeowner, who refused several requests to turn down the loud music. Rodriguez began to act disorderly and refused to identify himself to officers."

To you and me he may not have been acting out of line. When watching the report I tend to believe to the average individual he was acting perfectly within the limits of a normal Man. However, once he provided joinder from his person to Him the Man he was now bound by USC and according to the Statutory Law of the United States Code (Corp US) he was acting disorderly and refused to identify himself which is a big no-no according to USC hence why they came down hard on his when they finally convinced him to turn over his ID. Note: they didn't even run his name, they didn't even see his picture, once they knew they had a joinder with the presentation of an ID they reacted accordingly which is their protocol.

"The family's home video tape captures some moments as Rodriguez was Tasered, and then charged with public intoxication in his own backyard."

This should seem to be the most confusing. How can one be charged with public intoxication on their own private property? This is something that should stick out at even average Joe's as it seems the line is being blurred between public and private. The reason is quite simple: He does not have the Land Patent. The Land Patent is the most supreme title of ownership for Land. If Mr. Rodriguez where to look on his mortgage contract, assuming he has one, he will notice that is he identified as the Tenant on his own property he thought he owned. Without securing the Land Patent (which only a Living Man can do, not any corporation) he is leaving himself open to these types of infractions. Had he had the land patent in his name he could have placed a lien on his property with the county clerk's office with fines from trespassing by any representative of Corp US. He would have been a millionaire if this happened with those items in place.

""When they came in they were in a defensive mode like we were criminals. Everyone felt that is how we got treated like criminals for celebrating a child's baptism," said Rodriguez."

After reading the text prior to this entry it is very easy to piece together why they were treated like criminals. According to Corp US they were acting out of line and violating the voluntary contracts they entered into with Corp US. The truth is they were acting out of line according to Corp US.

"The family says after hearing about the incident, the police chief has ordered an internal affairs investigation. "

How many times do we hear this? And how many times does justice actually get served? Far to few. The reason being is that the Officers actually wasn't out of line according to USC. After items like the Patriot Act became Law for Corp US and its u.s. citizens (I am a Citizen, not u.s. citizen) the Officers was actually just following protocol, believe it or not. It is the sad truth, our ignorance to Law and Truth is actually what is keep ourselves enslaved. How much further do I need to go in order to pound this into the heads of individuals.

The article aside I'm betting there are a few asking the question of why? I can answer that as well.

Corp US declared war on us a long time ago you just didn't know it. Now that you know what are you going to do about it?
