*URGENT* Food Safety Legislation - HR 2749

They swapped out the entire text of the legislation last night (well, 10am this morning) and are trying to rush it through today.
Govtrack is down, so I don't even know what the really bad stuff they are trying to sneak through contains. That they are using these tactics SCREAMS it's REALLY BAD STUFF! - As if the previous versions were not bad enough.
Also, it didn't see the light of day in the AG committee and no amendments are allowed.

please contact your congress critters to urge a NO VOTE on the basis of these tactics alone. and please forward to everyone you know. It sounds like we have 40 minutes to respond to this before they vote.

HR 2749 ~Food Safety ~Update from govtrack
This bill was considered in committee which has recommended it be considered by the House as a whole. Although it has been placed on a calendar of business, the order in which legislation is considered and voted on is determined by the majority party leadership. Keep in mind that sometimes the text of one bill is incorporated into another bill, and in those cases the original bill, as it would appear here, would seem to be abandoned.
