How Alex tried to trap RP in saying that the government, establishment and/or the powers that be would be responsible for fabricating a disaster.... almost like a conspiracy. Please dont comment about 911 or anything like that, because that is not what this is about. I am just saying it wasnt fair for AJ to try to do that, because if RP did say something then you can almost certainly say "bye bye any RP chance of going to the white house or good bye mainstream acceptance..."

Whether AJ is on to something or a just a paranoid weirdo is not the issue. The issue is that he could have spelled disaster for our good Dr. However, Dr. Paul pulled it off very smoothly!

Presidential candidate Ron Paul says the U.S. is in "great danger" of a staged Gulf of Tonkin style provocation while also warning that a major collapse of the American economy is on the horizon and could be precipitated by the bombing of Iran and the closure of the Persian Gulf.

Speaking to The Alex Jones Show, the Texas Congressman was asked his opinion on Cindy Sheehan's recent comments that the U.S. is in danger of a staged terror attack or a Gulf of Tonkin style provocation that will validate the Neo-Con agenda and lead to the implementation of the infrastructure of martial law that Bush recently signed into law via executive order, as well as public pronouncements from prominent officials that the West needs terrorism to save a doomed foreign policy.

"I think we're in great danger of it," responded the Congressman, "We're in danger in many ways, the attack on our civil liberties here at home, the foreign policy that's in shambles and our obligations overseas and commitment which endangers our troops and our national defense."

AJ is more credible than anyone on the MSM and pushed Ron Paul into the limelight with his years and years of dedicated support.

Without AJ and his supporters Ron Paul would have never gotten the coverage on the web to be where he or the message is today.

Ok, so you speak for RP now? So you asked him yourself and he told you his secret motive, because you are the only one with the truth?! All I have is what his word is and that is why we have to take him at face value, instead of trying to guess what his "secret" motive is. Your a joke, brother. Only an idiot will speak for anybody (meaning Ron Paul). Only an idiot tries to claim that he knows what Ron Paul is thinking, when Ron Paul never even said what the idiot says he said. You sound like Mit Romney when asked the question "what would Ronald Reagan do?" During the debates.

Most likely the real reason why he was so popular first is because HE DECIDED TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT and because of the debates. And because of websites like DP, which is not synonymous with Infowars.com (except for the loonies who hijacked this site) and spamming (which most people find very annoying) RP info. Yet I dd believe AJ has credit just as well (no credit taken away from AJ) Also, I have been following RP since 06, which means that I can say I have been following RP for years, too!

Did you notice in my post, I never critisized AJ's character, but just that AJ tried to get RP to say something that AJ believes (yet sane people know RP doesnt) and that I didnt like it, so why did you get all butt hurt over it? Did I ever mention mainstream MEDIA? No, I said "mainstream", meaning "popular opinion", which means your an idiot if you think Ron Paul wants to be an unheard of fringe nobody.

and Dr. Paul always answers as he sees fit. Alex is the only interviewer that always calls Dr. Paul "Sir" or "Congressman" - highly respectful. But Alex is not afraid to ask questions that others will not ask, and he's been interviewing the congressman for 13 years. I'm sure if Dr. Paul didn't think the questions appropriate he wouldn't continue to let Alex interview him. And AJ helped tremendously especially in the beginning of RP's presidential campaign, to get it launched.

I've never heard him laugh that way. The fact that something about this whole thing can amuse him and he laughed with delight, I did find beautiful. I don't associate that feeling with anything even close to what you call the "blank glare love that some have for Obama". Not sure what you mean by "blank glare" but this is not even close. Please try to differentiate - real beauty is a genuine thing and can take many forms. And this was one of them. It was just a pure sort of delight and amusement at the irony of the situation. I think the good doctor can use a little comic relief and I'm glad the Fed is obliging him!

I would think after the audit, many, many heads are gonna roll. I would like to see all the guilty parties within the Fed. have a trial and then prosecuted for their crimes, and promptly sent to prison. As for the Fed. itself, it should be totally abolished and never to return.

by Tom LaMar - Do we not have a real chance to re-use a true resource here, complete with infra-structure, devoted lower level trained labor force, established lines of communication with other necessary entities for good governance of the banking world, etc.? Seems to me it would be atgreat expensive and time consuming to set up some new institution to administer the money supply, etc. when perhaps the basic necessary structures are staring us in the face...minus the abusive practices of printing money, adding to the national debt (it should be printed by our government and just enter circulation to balance the budget, NOT adding to the national debt as it does now)...and eventually NOT offer much in the way of notes to esp. foreign interests to keep our country's true national debt from racing even more out of control (that is the greatest part of the true national debt, esp. owed to China, Japan, etal.)
The portion of the national debt"owedto" the Fed would be abolished, declared null and void, etc. and the criminal activity of not upholding the constitution esp. insofar as printing money is concerned would be pursued with appropriate legal proceedings and new legislation to prevent any such future activity.
