So far the results are around 54% yes and 35% no

Your figures are not correct. 54% said yes, 35% said yes
but not by congress and 10% said no.
I just wonder why HP had three answers to the question?
Where as if it had been a simple yes or no answer, the results would haven been 89% yes and 10% no! What's up with this?
