Laetrile has been around since at least the 50s
The original discoverer refused to release its ingredients, claiming, he wanted to "keep it from the commies." It may work, but it also contains varying concentrations of cyanide. I'll stick with graviola, hydrogen peroxide and cinnamon, thank you very much.

The foods contain prussic acid, aka hydrocyanic. They are not poisonous because the bond is locked, and only becomes 'un-locked- upon confronting a cell, such as cancer, which contains an unlocking enzyme.

okay. They contain a cyanide precursor, that is a compound which when metabolised by the body will produce cyanide. The cyanide produced in this way is, indeed, toxic and in sufficient quantity would poison a person.
You'd have to eat about 8 ounces of apple seeds, for this to happen and they would have to be raw and crushed. You realize how many apples that is?
Simple thing is a few apple seeds raw daily supplies B-17 which stops cancer. Aspartame in a coke is more poisonous to your body.

Also,
you can eat an apple wedge with the apricot pits. The bitter pits I take can make the tongue go a little numb if you eat them plain so I eat it with a piece of apple since fresh apricot is not always easy to get.

I'll ignore your random hostility and say that yes, its quite a bit of apple seeds, but not quite so many appricott seeds, I eat 2 or 3 a week,not really sure what my dose should be, I'm convinced that the B-17/cyanide is what is helpful when taken properly.
I think you read my post incorrectly read it again, I'm not being negative or fear mongering at all, the mention of cyanide was not in a negative light, infact name something that the governement controls and by that very fact I'm going to think its either not what they are telling me, or quite possibly very good for me! ( I can think of several examples, use of ozone, DNP, THC and cananaboids etc..)
I completely agree with you that artificial sugars are worse than the (horrible for you) processed sugars they replace, its idiotic that we do this when there's things like Stevia that is well known and could easily be used as a sweetener that actualy has health BENIFITS instead of drawbacks.

If everyone would stop eating crap, and eat real food, fish, meat, fruits and vegetables,
skip the soda, skip the microwave, skip fast food, skip the Doritos, etc...we wouldnt need healthcare. I havent had a cold or flu in YEARS, I still eat some crap here and there, but I have not had any soda in 4 years, NO artificial sweetners, very little microwave use, little fast food...recently I cut wheat out of my diet and I have never felt better.
Anyone who thinks that diet isnt directly responsible for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and most other ailments is not thinking clearly. It is the abandonment of humans natural diet, and the acceptance of ease and quickness that has led, and will lead to our demise. Ironically humans original diet was rich in B-17, and now are diets have very little if any.
Eating healthy is not expensive! It is only costly, if you try to replace the bad food with "healthy" bad food, for example, replacing pretzels wit gluten free pretzels, or replacing microwavable pasta dishes with gluten free microwavable pasta dishes. I guess grass fed meat and raw unpasteurized milk is more, but we should eat less anyway.
If you stick to grass fed meat, free range chicken, fruits and vegetables, and incorporate a little gardening, hunting, and fishing, it will actually be a less expensive lifestyle.
B17 (Laetrile) = Arsenic is good but it is not a magic bullet
there are a bunch of substances that have anti cancer properties and to put all your eggs in one B17 basket is foolish even though it has it's place in an anti cancer protocol.
Cutting out sugar, meat, wheat and dairy helps as well.
Then there is I3C(Indol 3 Carbinol) found in broccoli.
IP6 etc...
There is a lot even omega 3.
But I would not stop at just B17 if I ever needed it.
