This could be the real thing.
No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Couya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
Taitz told WND that the document came from an anonymous source who doesn't want his name known because "he's afraid for his life."
Taitz's motion, filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].
"I'm forcing the issue, where Obama will have to respond," she said.
"Before, they said, 'You don't have anything backing your claims,'" Taitz explained. "Now I have something. In fact, I have posted on the Internet more than Obama has. My birth certificate actually has signatures."

First, your photoshop of the BC is messed up: the letters are A. too precise for printing and B. don't follow the wrinkles in the page. Also, the edges of the page are perfectly straight. Kind of a poor example of a good photoshop, huh?
Mike has apparently invested quite a bit of personal time into debunking this BC. His efforts are laudable. Looking at the amount of personal time Mike has invested, it seems to follow that a person as invested as he would not want all that effort to go to waste.

as plainly seen, is the fact that the "Birthers" are following the likes of this Orly Taitz who obtained and openly used a FRAUDULENT document, presenting it as alleged EVIDENCE in a court of law knowing full well that it was a FRAUD.
This is the type of person that the "Birthers" are so egger to follow, Orly Taitz, like so many of the "Birthers" is openly raciest and a bigot and a fanatic, that is the TRUTH that free thinking people see, those who would rather consider all of the picture instead of just the narrow minded view of a small percentage of people who still in this day can not see past the color of another's skin.
All of the evidence or lack thereof that I have seen to date produced from the "Birther" side regarding this Obama birth issue has convinced me that it's not really a birth issue at all but rather an issue of "Ingrained Ideology" that excludes any possibility that a "Black" man could or should become President of the United States.
There may be a percentage of the "Birthers" that actually believe the Obama birth issue but those birthers that I have seen first hand out in public speaking about the subject do not hesitate to call Obama a "Nigger", something which tells me that they are quite ignorant and raciest bigots. Unfortunately they seem to be here in the northeast as well and not just down in the deep south, Racism and bigotry are alive, well and thriving in this country in no small part thanks to people like Orly Taitz and those who would follow her obediently like the "Queen Bee" of the "birther's" she has become known for.

I really have tried to step back and look at both sides of the birth issue from the start in a rational manner and I came down on the side that believes that Obama was born in Hawaii because to date I have seen no evidence from Orly Taitz or anyone else that proves that Obama was not born in Hawaii, what I have seen is a parade of loud conjecture and speculation which seems to be the foundation of this whole "Birther" conspiracy theory, now we have just seen the outright use of forged documents in a court of law by the self proclaimed leader of this so called movement. Can you see how people like me might think the "Birther's" are operating in an non-rational manner.

Almost a week ago, leading birther, Orly Taitz filed a Kenyan birth certificate in federal court, which she claimed was President Obama’s.
According to Salon.com, a judge on Thursday ordered Taitz’s motion stricken from the court record so there was no hearing on the motion and the Kenyan document was thrown out on procedural grounds.
The judge’s order stated that Taitz’s motion was improperly filed because it was in the wrong format, it lacked proper notice, she failed to identify her Calif. State Bar No., and the description of the motion conflicts or is different from that which counsel entered on the Court’s e-docket.

Taitz can attempt to re-file her motion sans mistakes, but Salon reports that the document Taitz purports to be the President’s birth certificate is a proven fake. Newser reported the document was based on an old Australian birth certificate belonging to a man named David Bomford, whose actual birth certificate was used to create the fraudulent text.
Salon also noted that an anonymous person came forward on Thursday taking credit for forging the Kenyan document that Taitz claimed was real, suggesting the hoax was a plan to discredit the birthers.
A blogger on FearlessBlogging.com posted the claim with photos of a document that looks similar to the one Taitz tried to file with the court, a coin that may have been used to make the seal on the document, a box of paper, and a typewriter.
Newser also reports on a site, KenyanBirthCertificateGenerator.com where anyone can create their own Kenyan birth certificate “…just like the one Orly Taitz found for Barack Obama—with about equal legitimacy.”
