I wonder what will happen with the housing market in the future
For Sweden that is.
Our interest rate is now very low, I think lowest ever.
Swedish fed rate (repo) = 0.25 %.
Since they started lowering rates a year ago or so, the SEK started to tank.
Went from 6 sek/dollar to 8.40/dollar.
Last week it has rallied both against the euro and dollar.
Now it is around 7 SEK/dollar and they talk now about higher interest rates soon. The theory is our economy is so good.
Ofc our unemployment is skyrocketing.
Higher interest rates, higher unemployment combined with record high real estate prices, seems to me could indicate a bubble soon might pop.
Perhaps a good time to sell or who knows...I was thinking about moving anyway... ofc might not be good to have paper only...
Seems Sweden is in for a roller coaster in the footsteps of USA.
What´s your guess ?
Would it be good to get out of debt ?

Whatever the media spins it to be just like they always do.
Some who actually saw this broadcast last Fri. could EASILY have caught on to what CBS did. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who caught this.
By the end of the report, one might come out thinking that the Republicans were the ones corrupt/under the Countrywide investigation.
Not that I'm still stuck in the left/right paradigm, but some are, and probably saw this report as "those bad, bad Repubs".
Here is the link to explain what I/many saw.
