I don't see any evidence on her motion that she ever actually filed it with a court. This wouldn't be the first time she sent a motion to attorneys instead of a judge. But if she did, I think she pretty much absolves herself in the first paragraph of the motion.

It was as benign as benign can be. Besides her version is laying backwards (remember, she has NO orginal or flat copy) it would be way harder to lift a picture up than lay it down. I know that's not the best description, but watch my video and you'll see what I mean. Bromford's had to be the original because it was flat and easy to alter.
If you've ever found me to be a trustworthy source, it may be time to just trust. I really did a lot of research and it really is a total fake, no government involvement needed.
NOW---that's NOT to say someone in the gov didn't do the forgery to pass to Taitz from Bromford's BC; that's a very real possibility.

A document unveiled by a California attorney in her quest to determine President Obama's place of birth has been condemned as a forgery by critics who deride as nonsense the challenges that have been raised to the president based on the U.S. Constitution's demand that the Oval Office occupant be a "natural born" citizen.
But those on the other side, who would like to see the original documentation of Obama's birth place revealed, say there are factors that indicate the Kenyan birth document could be real.
WND reported when the document was submitted to a California court by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has managed several of the high-profile cases challenging Obama's eligibility to be president.
Then yesterday, Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., raised the dispute to the floor of that august body, protesting in a speech added to the Congressional Record that the dispute was not worth one minute of time.
This document purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth for Barack Obama, allegedly born in Mombasa, Kenya, in 1961
According to a posting in the Washington Independent, a "source" said the Obama document was nothing more than an alteration of "certified copy of registration of birth" from Australia.
This document documents the birth of Jeffrey Bomford in Australia, and was posted online.
"There are striking similarities between this document and the one Orly Taitz is passing off as a 'Kenyan birth certificate' for Barack Obama," the report said. "The design is identical, down to the seal at the top and the classifications ('Christian name,' etc) used for identifying the baby.
WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.

Whats really odd
is that today there is a reasonable explanation for all of the inconsistencies or "proofs of forgery" and NONE of them seem to be a reach - ie. its a zero not an "O" in 44047 etc. Think about it. Lets say you were to whip out a forgery of Elvis' real death cert or whatever- and the 8 points you screwed up on just happened to actually be appropriate. Maybe it should be submitted for physical examination. I dont think we can be convinced either way just yet.
