It seems that many people are calling Orly nuts, and saying it's time to chill on this issue for fear that we might be made to look like fools. So you really don't care if Barry Sotoero wasn't born in the USA?
It strikes me as odd that Patriots would give ground on any issue. The Colonial Americans took back the control of their tea, currency, etc. They didn't say, "We'll let you keep our currency, but you're not going to tax our tea!". Buck up people, this is a Revolution, therefor we revolt.
I think the issue really is whether or not you want to look like a fool to others. The MSM is talking about how crazy we all are for protesting at the Townhall Meetings, and you don't want to be associated with that.
(This is my best assumption. Why else would you not pursue a Constitutional argument?)
So, is Orly nuts? Most likely. Is there a possibility that Orly Taitz has opened a door through which we welcome others who are questioning the Matrix? YES! We have to grab anybody who will listen, through whatever means that should occur, and tell them about other issues that are just as unconstitutional as the birth certificate issue.
In closing, I leave you with this: I don't post often on Daily Paul, but I read Daily Paul everyday. But, when I saw people starting to give up ground on an issue that is vitally important, I had to post something, anything.

Something occurred to me last night. (It can happen.) Why would Mr. O release his long form birth certificate if it showed he was born in Hawai'i? He wouldn't! Why tip his hand? He would let the opposition keep betting all the way to the river. Only then would he would flip his cards over and claim the pot.
I don't know if O is a natural born citizen or not. I do know that we have many other other fish to fry. The Messiah may be constitutional or not. But we KNOW that the Fed and the health care bill are unconstitutional! Stay on track.

The spirit of the natural born clause was to prevent foreign loyalties. I'm not seeing the USA becoming a province of Kenya anytime soon. I think we're safe on that front.

I wish she had attended a real law school and didn't blatantly
violate ex parte laws. Orly has pretty much no chance of remaining a lawyer very long and stands a pretty good chance (if she's not controlled) of going to jail at this point. She's such a plant it's nuts.
Any lawyer worth their salt wouldn't conduct themselves in the manner she does. If you had a really important piece of evidence that could be destroyed if the defense knew you had it, would you go public while the defense was in the country where you believe the original is? I would be very quiet about it while I did my discovery. Unless, I wanted to give the defense adequate time to destroy any evidence that may exist.

No. It would certainly be a step towards promised transparency.
There's not doubt it's not a forgery. However, it is possible it was fraudulently obtained.
If it was not fraudulently obtained there's no reason to keep the Birth Certificate secret.

But the same reverse logic applies...
If an individual is following all laws, there is no reason to keep any of their personal information a secret. Some times you ride on principle.
And before you say "government transparency", we're not talking about the government. We're talking about an individual. Why should Obama have to sacrifice his right to privacy when no previous president has done so and it is not stated in the Constitution that he should "reveal his birth certificate"?

at this point I need to see full disclosure of ALL of his records. A single Hawaiian long-form would be out of context with the body of available information we are finding about his past- and would be highly suspect- especially given the timing and delay.

Am i to understand that someone (not Orly) is making it appear that her site is infected- and to stay away? I click "enter anyway" and MY firewall advises me of a "threat". So is it like a prank?

Her site has been hacked before. My virus scanner hasn't detected anything and she does mention in her blog that she cleaned the computer herself and detected no virus either . . .
