I don't care what ideology they try to promote , WASTE is WASTE the World around ..When an economy buys toilet seats for $10000.00 & you can get one for 10.00 that is going to bite into other wastfull welfare projects.There exists a GROSS economy.. Any WASTE effects that economy sooner or later ..WELL, it's effects have arrived ,dear Congress.
