Where did the idea of using the term "Czar" come from? Commissar is much more accurate.
Why would you call a bureaucrat who controls areas prohibited by the Constitution? The American people seem to have no problem with the idea of some unelected functionary managing their personal affairs for our would-be rulers. But let me be the first to point my finger at them and say this is a violation of the Constitution, and a violation our our freedoms.
