Personally I think this is a stupid idea because one, My devise is perpetually going to be having technical difficulties.

I propose that we put GPS on all public servants and monitor their habits on a web site available to the public. They should pay taxes for all infractions against citizens and the constitution and application fees for all the wacky ideas they concoct. That would put a damper on their criminal activities.

Plumder and control. The system continues.

Won't get much money from me because I spend 9 months a year out of country. When I am home every place I want to go is within a few blocks of my house.....
