IMO, we will eventually muddle our way out of this mess, and the Federal Government will start cutting programs because nobody will be lending money to those idiots anymore. Money goes to where it is best treated (Free Market).

This I like and this is probably the only viable argument against his eligibility. I am partly inclined to agree with it. Both parents should be born in the US. However, technically being born in the US does make you a citizen first and foremost of the US.
