Will Barry wait till Sotomayor is on the SC before allowing his citizenship to be questioned?

For those of us who already know that Barry 'ain't right' and that all this "I have a copy of his birth certificate" crap is exactly that - crap - the solution is simple.

Have the SC decide if a son of a Kenyan father and American mother is a 'natural born' citizen in the eyes of the law.

Is he waiting for the deck to be stacked in his favor? Will Sotomayor's presence on the SC be enough to tip a decision in his favor?

It's called stacking the deck.... just a thought that came to me.

I dont know..

Sotomayor has worked her whole life to get to this point- Im not so sure she wants her first controversial decision to be over such a cliche bias issue. I mean if anything, she'd want to be strict and by the law on this one so she dosnt look biased. And if it came to the SC - wouldnt they simply need to look at the existing law? If it came to the SC Obama's only hope is if the law is blatantly tossed or changed, right?

I'd like to see a list put on this website of those who voted

for Sotomayor. They ought to be voted out of office, not only did they vote for someone who has made the comments she's made, but a member of the group/s she belongs to, which I hear are racist Latino. They also endorsed a pick by 1 who's not qualified to hold the office he holds. It's 1 thing if they introduce legislation & vote on it, it's another if they vote on a nominee he's chosen, rather than refrain or voted no. She accepted the nomination, rather than politely decline it, if there are questions about whether orders that come from him are legitimate & Phil Berg/ others are basing their suits on that, then a nominee or nomination must not be legitimate either.

For some reason, we're expected to know every law that exists in America & in our state so we don't break it. We're supposed to know this when we're 18. There's no litmus test for them, as in the 10 commandments or rhyme or reason. C.U.R.E.

Sometimes they change

Once appointed, some of these judges change their tune when they realize the gravity of their position.
Take Thomas for example, he was supposed to be the great black savior, then he just kind of faded.

We can hope anyway.

the arrogence of the "wise

the arrogence of the "wise latina" does not lead me to belive that she will change anything except our country for the worse.

I am very unhappy about this apointment and only hope something can be done to reverse it when barry's citizenship is hashed out.

Didn't I just see in the paper this morning that her appointment

....went through?

If anyone thinks that she will excuse herself because on 'conflict', you've got another thing coming! Conflict is the reason she's there in the first place!

If you think she will step aside because it 'looks' funky, you underestimate the Obama administration.

Common sense would dictate

Common sense would dictate that there is a conflict of interest which would force Sotomayor to recuse herself from any case surrounding the eligibility of the one who appointed her. Her very appointment hangs in the balance of the outcome of any eligibility ruling. However a conflict of interest has never stopped the government's courts from accepting testimony from the government's enforcement officers in regards to malum prohibitum cases.

I would not be surprised to see the court rule that Obama can be president of the US Inc even if he were to be found not to be a natural born citizen. As far as I know, US Inc can appoint whoever it pleases to the position of president. I am sure that the ruling would be couched in legalese which would prevent the clear implications and declaration of de facto government by corporation from being plainly seen, however, the resulting situation would no doubt, give further evidence to the present adbication of de jure government.

Common sense? Dictate?

You must be following the antics of another government...
