How do I become the healthiest man ALIVE???

Recommendations?
I'm a year away from 30 and I wanna develop some healthy lifestyle choices, that will keep me in the fight for liberty as long as I can
Here's what I got:
Running- at least 3 times a week
Eat all whole grain breads
Chlorine filter on the shower
Fluoride filter on the tap
Don't drink or eat any dairy
B17 for anti-cancer
One-a-day vitamin
Omega 3 (fish oil)
No smoking or drinking...well...maybe the occasional beer :)
Grow my own produce

Floss your teeth
Floss your teeth at least once a day, brush your teeth more than once a day. Take care of your teeth and gums. Seriously.
Drink water.
Cop a good attitude and find things to laugh out loud about.
Don't work for what will make you happy; work at being happy right now.
Find a diet and exercise you really like.

Buy a copy of the book Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon from the Price Foundation. Buy a copy of the book Power of 10 about exercise.

Simple but takes some effort
1) All water living water. Juiced organic produce, some say distilled water left in the sun with a little celtic sea salt and a little lemon juice
2) Only eat Raw vegan foods. No processed foods whatso ever. If you did not make it from scratch with raw vegetables it does not count
3) Organic Produce, Biodynamic Produce, Organic Produced picked fresh from your own garden
4) exercise and stretching such as Yoga Pilates etc
5) very fresh air away from the polluted city
6) wearing and using only organic products
All of these things will lead to living around 120 years. Much research was done on this topic by scientist Norman Walker, who died at 99 but claimed people could live upto 120 if they started early enough

Get a good dog, and go for walks several times a day.
Works for me...
Live in a warm climate.
Eat fresh seafood or goat everyday.
Drink iced cold Polar beer everyday.
Catch an oceanside sunrise or sunset once a week.
Only run from your car to the bar (no more than ten paces).
Run the women.
Get drunk once a week.
Did I mention, run the women?

You are wrong about the dairy, unless it is grocery store milk..
Raw milk and products made from raw milk are one of the healthiest foods there are. Read "the Untold Story of Milk" which will explain the hijacking of the dairy industry and also "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon which is a cookbook and nutrition manual explaining all the lies we have been told about cholesterol, dairy...
Weston Price studied the healthiest people on the planet and they all ate raw dairy products...

I think not worrying about how healthy you are is healthy...just be active, play alot, laugh alot, have lots of manogamous sex, and eat and drink in moderation....you'll outlive the worriers ..the chronically crusty, and the teetotalers.....

If you want to glorify & call attention to yourself and your "impressive feats", do so on a separate post. No need to step on someone elses advice to a person who asked for it.
If you happen to be a runner (and most aren't) running is good, but if you're not, fast walking is better. And if you build good fast-walking endurance, the miles slip by in no time. I know as I've done both.
I've run 4 Portland marathons, 2 Seattle Marathons, & 3 Hood-2-Coast relays. So put a sock in it.
