But, the "first" time that I saw this picture, "wickedness 'n evil is what came forward, stunned me a bit and I wondered where I had seen that "socialism" image before. That's a deep image I think, bound to make more than one person's take notice, especially if it goes widespread!

I'm opposed to doing this. It's not that I'm judging that depicting Obama as the joker with white face paint is racist but that I am worried people will perceive it as such. The reason is that it reminds people of a reverse black face painting.
I know, there are all sorts of annoying rules in society when it comes to race, but if there is a connotation of such, sometimes it's best to avoid it. Remember when George Allen called someone a Macaca and lost his seat because of it? so this stuff can be too hot to handle just because people are not aware of these cultural land mines.
This could come across as very mob-like to many Americans. We have a black president in a white society with a history of racial tension and problems. Think about Penumbra's of racism here and the need to avoid it.
Even if the racism isn't intended, if people perceive it, then it almost doesn't matter if it was intended or not or whether it's real or not.
