Our Economic Security Bill for our States will be the vehicle to accomplish this. The structure will
look like this:
· States have Constitutional authority to employ whatever currency it desires.
· Gold and Silver coin and electronic currency will be used as legal tender.
· The way we will get this functioning as “money” on a large scale within the State
in a short period of time will be through the State Militia structure.
· More than 50% of the State’s citizens (16 to 60 years old) would qualify for State
Militia service and would be asked to perform minimal duties, this being one of them.
· Business owners would be asked to not only post goods in Federal Reserve prices but
also in units of gold or silver. (silver and gold debit cards can be used)
· Employers, employees and contractors would be asked to offer and participate in
using silver and gold clause contracts for their services.

Committees of Safety is the key...
to restoring sovereignty to the states and saving the republic.
I had the privilege of spending several days with Walter Reddy in the Committees of Safety booth at the recent NCSL in Philadelphia. We talked to a couple of hundred state legislators about the Economic Security legislation, and the entire concept of returning to a system of sound Constitutional money was well received. The state legislators who "get it", and there are a lot of them, are on board.
We are building a caucus of state legislators, targeting those states that have introduced state sovereignty legislation or resolutions, ...Please do your part to learn the message of COS, Walter Reddy, and Edwin Vieira, and then share it with your state Rep.

Ron Paul has said H.R. 1207 is only the first step in winning our country back and he admits that even if it forces an audit of the Fed we still have a long way to go.
According to Mr. Vieira if we can get one state to start using his plan for a Gold/Silver monetary system, eventually the rest of the states will follow.
The hangup I see right now is that the average American doesn't want to spend the time learning about an alternate monetary system.
I have offered to teach anyone interested in Mr. Vieira's New Hampshire plan how I think it would work in my state and my neighboring state, but alas I've only found opposition to the plan.
Unfortunately the majority of American people know something is very wrong { The tea parties } but they don't seem to be able to know how to fix it.
Mr. Vieira's plan "Would Fix It" , in my opinion, but I feel like I'm the only one stranded on a deserted island surrounded by naysayers !
