I think this video is one of Max Keiser's. GREAT metaphor!

I made this....
I'm going to make five videos a week in order to get the word out about Max Keiser. Check my site out to view the rest:

Encouragement helps!!
This video would have been great except...
except for the fact that she misspronounced constitution in the end. It sounded like "frosty", and you can't read that.

“A society whose citizens
“A society whose citizens refuse to see and investigate the facts, who refuse to believe that their government and their media will routinely lie to them and fabricate a reality contrary to verifiable facts, is a society that chooses and deserves the Police State Dictatorship it’s going to get.”

There comes a time...
when the misunderstandings of the day clearly cry for revocation. Do you wait for the elephant to learn what it does not know, or do you cut its shackles and show it what it has never known before. Oliver Sacks has spent his life researching individuals who have had their reality stripped from them and changed, even to subtle differences, and the dissolution or discombobulation that can result. Some prisoners will never leave the prison for fear of relearning the rules of an external society. What risk do we run if we become the "scissor wielders" in this world, running around cutting the bindings of all the imprisoned little elephants. Will they love us or hate us. I think it is evident that the masses love their bindings, and will fight to keep them. Our tactics must be to show, very clearly, the limitations of the bindings. We cannot free people who do not want to be free, but we can work effectively to make them want to be free. That little elephant might be comfortable in its ropes, but place something it desires just out of reach and the ropes become an impediment. We were sold this world as an image of what we "should" desire, we were sold this world unknowingly as a dream for us that those who would enslave us saw for us. We have been sold another's desire, our inherent ability to decide for ourselves has been pushed aside in lieu of some false determination and destination. But, who can see that? Who investigates the losses when all life is but temporary gains and changing fashions. It is our responsibility to seek for ourselves our own paths, find our own Liberty and expose the ruse to others. We cannot cut the cords that bind others, only they can properly sever themselves from the system, but we can generate the impetus on which they ride to do their own cutting. Freedom is only found in the hand of the user, just as is imprisonment. We are responsible for our own Liberty. I have scissors I'd like to use, running manically slashing binding after binding, but what would I accomplish. I am afraid that I'd look back and watch elephants retying their own sliced bindings for fear of the unknown and the comfort of their enslavement. I will keep my scissors in check, they were good for one cut only, mine. So, I will wear them as an emblem, foreign to those presently bound, as a brand espousing my escape. I will enact my authority to rule myself and exercise my Liberty as the enticement for others to look for their own scissors (good only for one cut). We cannot know what we do not know, but in this deception we do know that something is amiss; there is something we know that cannot truly be cleft away by our so called "masters" We may not be fully able to pull back the entire curtain for others, but just a crack in the visage and what light pours in will begin the transformation. String your scissors around your neck as a symbol of your freedom. Brand yourself free, and make those ensnared jealous of your free reign. We were all born with our own shears, but many have never looked for or know how to use them. Teach and entice people to enact their own authority and this zoo of slavery will cease to imprison.

Who's voices are those in the video?
If you wont fight for the right when you can easily win...you may...have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival [or] when there is no chance of victory...it's better to perish than to live as slaves.

Time is our enemy and our friend
One of the reasons Ron Paul's campaign had so many "young people" is the baby elephants didn't know they couldn't break the matrix, so they tried and succeeded to some degree. It doesn't take much success to keep people trying.
Just like people play slot machines. A success here and there will keep this group going. Over time, more baby elephants will join them.
The other group who didn't learn to be tied down are those who think outside the box. Many of them invented the Internet. They know no boundaries and are used to having even the big bosses at their mercy.
They were the ones who pushed and prodded Ron Paul to run, and contributed experience to the effort. This group will grow with time as people who think the same way continue to find out about the movement.
Where time is not our friend: As the older generations die off, many of them remember freedom, and how to live with less government. We could use their help. Additionally, the longer people live as slaves, the more of them stop trying to be free.
Change tends to happen generationally. Interestingly, there are more generations alive at one time than ever before. Will that be to our advantage or not?
A teen can find video of something that happened in grand-ma's time, and make a point about the lies of politicians, and together they can convince the generation between them.
It will be interesting to see what happens in this revolution. In the past, we always had the frontier. If your need to be free was great enough, you could always get away. This time, the drop-outs will have to drop-in.
Maybe the Internet is the frontier. Everyone should make sure to share appropriate links with other generations. If we can win them over...

Great vid
Bump for all to see.
wow....
that was sooooo cool!
Fitting for the GOP
The Democrats get the same message from Ralph Nader, who tells them, "Take the government into your own hands and be active by starting groups and standing for issues that have your attention. Don't wait for someone else, or the government to do it for you. Don't trust corporations and government have YOUR best interests. They don't.
The apathy in the left is not based on fear as it is in the GOP and why the left rants about right wing fearmongering and conspiracy theory. The apathy on the left is based on ANGER and not having a leader.
Ron Paul tells us, "I don't want to be your dictator"
Ralph Nader tells us, "Make your own group".
So both are leaders who refuse to lead.
Ron Paul and Ralph Nader are both good leaders for independents, and while registrations for Indy's are growing, as long as "The elephant" holds onto the GOP rope, and the Democats buck (blame GOP) rather than pull themselves from their own rope, the ropes will win.
WE ARE GOING TO WIN!

Ron Paul's Convention Speech
I think it is our moral duty
to break the chains. Our children are too young to do it themselves and I know I owe it to my grandchildren who are not yet born.
The TV tells you over and over again that you are weak and the problems are powerful.
It tells you that the authority is the only thing that can protect you from these problems.
Stand up...
Unify
Some of us are old enough to retain spirit
and memories of freer times, but our grandkids are in danger of being trained as easily as the little elephant if we don't pass on the legacy of freedom to them.
