HR 1955

This passed? Okay, I know I'm a little late on this, but, I just got here.
First off, why isn't there a recall for Harman? This kind of representation is a danger, and extremely harmful. Everyone that voted for this bill is a "homegrown terrorist", and must be treated as such. Unless the famous "immunity clause" is in effect. How does this kind of person get into government? And more troubling, how do they remain. We've reached the tipping point, where government is causing more harm to this nation, than good. (except Dr. Paul) Electing a prejudiced judge to the supreme joke shows how little our government honors the oath they took. We need a "peoples protection committee to protect us from our own government, they've gone insane, and there are no procedures in place to address this. We need procedures. Ask yourself this," does an insane person "know" they're insane"? Where's the "change"? I see more of the same, but worse.

"This bill never became law.

"This bill never became law. This bill was proposed in a previous session of Congress. Sessions of Congress last two years, and at the end of each session all proposed bills and resolutions that haven't passed are cleared from the books. Members often reintroduce bills that did not come up for debate under a new number in the next session."
