Specter: Protests not 'representative of America'

Government Not Believed
In the last days of the Soviet Union the government was not believed, even when they told the truth.
We've been lied to so many times in America by politicians of all parties, we are more and more rejecting anything they say.
The problem is not citizens, but those in power who refuse to be truthful. They have no right to our respect unless they earn it. Americans are looking for leaders they can believe.

I couldn't go to a town hall meeting
... I know what would happen ! They would have to pump daylight to me afterward.
Did you see where that big guy got up behind the very vocal protester, and put both of his hands [assault] on the protesters shoulders to make him sit down. The last time someone touched me that way I picked him up and dragged him to a brick fence post to split his head open. He was a cantankerous neighbor who took a swing at me because he didn't like me cleaning the snow off my suburban in the street in front of my house. He finally moved, it was living hell for him around here - I made him my favorite person to "F" over.
I went to the Specter town hall meeting
The paper is reporting that their were a thousand people at the town hall meeting I attended at Bucknell Lewisburg Pa. Their were people from all walks of life there and a majority of them were tired of the government. I didn't see many signs. I seen some fellow patriots there, and talked to alot of people who were very receptive to Ron Paul. One couple in paticular, had "don't tread on me" T-shirts on. I had a good conversation with them, they had been convertered from neo-con to Ron Paul fans by Glenn Beck. I have a gut feeling that our revolution is well on its way. The seeds have been planted and we keep watering.
You motivated me
I have a 20 foot flag pole out front that I used to fly the American Flag until I woke up who we have become. Now I just fly windsocks, (carps (fish)) on the Japanese children's day holiday starting May 5th.
The Gadsden flag was also the first symbol of the United States Marine Corps.

Get this through your thick skulls: Your lies and propaganda don't work anymore. The sleeping giant has awakened and is not going back to sleep.

Well, I havn't been to a town hall meeting,
so I think we should all email him, and tell him that how does he tell who is representative of Amerika? If enough of us do, he may change his mind. Nahhhh, well, at least it might annoy him...

Tells you how this paid for politician is voting. People can talk and rant all they want. The ones behind the scenes will get the vote they invested in. This individual should be retired. Pronto.

IMO a sane person would wonder
... if is it hopeless when time and again Americans keep sending for whatever reasons the same tried and true sucks to Washington, and people like Pat Buchanan, Ralph Nader, Ross Perot, and Ron Paul are marginalized and considered kooks by otherwise seemingly intelligent people. What is wrong ?

Here's my opinion on that.
They try to keep them in via many methods to inhibit competitors in the election.
The media works to keep the propaganda flowing, in an attempt to influence the mass-voters the way they want.
Polls are done, to analyze the effectiveness of their propaganda.
Other polls are done and publicized, specifically to create certain public opinions, via herd-mentality that "alot of other people" think a certain thing.
If all else fails, and they can't get it by those methods, then they use vote fraud techniques to secure the "election".
I do NOT think that the "elections" are what most people think of, when they think of "elections".
I recall in my experience
... talking to an industrial relations manager (way after the fact) about a Union Vote to whether or not accept a Company Contract Proposal, he told me his counter-part, the Secretary Treasurer of my Teamster Local told him, that he could make the "vote count" go the way he wanted it.
What you say is true which I concur, and know, then the ballot box is useless and r3volution LIKE our founding fathers is inevitable if things are to change.

I think Specter...
is washed up. Too many know who he really is and don't want anything to do with him anymore. He should be one of the top candidates for the "Do not elect list."

Arlen Specter is the bottom of the barrel, in my humble opinion. He's been a Washington insider for 5 decades, and knows who butters his toast.
Lest we forget, it was Arlen Specter who 'wrote' The Warren Commission Report on the Assassination of John F. Kennedy. This imposing document is an amalgam of facts, half-truths, and outright fiction. Eyewitnesses were deliberately misquoted, facts were omitted, and much was just made up... by Specter. The whole point of the Warren Commission report was to prove that Lee Harvey Oswald did it all by himself. Nobody else.
True, Specter was under marching orders from the Warren Commission members: Earl Warren, Gerald R. Ford, Allen Dulles, et al., but he didn't disappoint them. He made his bones.
The guy is just no good.
