Couple things I noticed about the Obamacare bill
Did you see obama's healthcare bill calling for "Public Health Care Workforce Corps"?
Or the "SEC. 440. HOME VISITATION PROGRAMS FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AND FAMILIES EXPECTING CHILDREN."
which states "`(a) Purpose- The purpose of this section is to improve the well-being, health, and development of children by enabling the establishment and expansion of high quality programs providing voluntary home visitation for families with young children and families expecting children." this part of the bill also says "`(A) in supporting home visitation programs using funds provided under this section, the State shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services, especially communities with a high proportion of low-income families or a high incidence of child maltreatment;" and further more "`(C) in supporting home visitation programs using funds provided under this section, the State will promote coordination and collaboration with other home visitation programs (including programs funded under title XIX) and with other child and family services, health services, income supports, and other related assistance;"
Finally I noticed under "SEC. 122. ESSENTIAL BENEFITS PACKAGE DEFINED"
it says,
"(b) Minimum Services To Be Covered- The items and services described in this subsection are the following:
(1) Hospitalization.
(2) Outpatient hospital and outpatient clinic services, including emergency department services.
(3) Professional services of physicians and other health professionals.
(4) Such services, equipment, and supplies incident to the services of a physician's or a health professional's delivery of care in institutional settings, physician offices, patients' homes or place of residence, or other settings, as appropriate.
(5) Prescription drugs.
(6) Rehabilitative and habilitative services.
(7) Mental health and substance use disorder services.
(8) Preventive services, including those services recommended with a grade of A or B by the Task Force on Clinical Preventive Services and those vaccines recommended for use by the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
(9) Maternity care.
(10) Well baby and well child care and oral health, vision, and hearing services, equipment, and supplies at least for children under 21 years of age"
Its a long bill alright, but those are some things I found interesting, you can read the bill at: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d111:H.R.3200:

I found seemingly contradictory statements with bill & EMTALA.
Illegals will still have access to emergency room services and the bill will do nothing to decrease cost. Also without "regard to personal characteristics?" What does that mean when obtaining information of citizenship? It sounds like a contradiction. Know asking will be allowed.

"(b) Minimum Services To Be Covered- The items and services described in this subsection are the following:

SEC. 152. PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTH CARE.
(a) In General- Except as otherwise explicitly permitted by this Act and by subsequent regulations consistent with this Act, all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services.
SEC. 246. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS.
Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.
EMTALA: The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (42 U.S.C. § 1395dd, EMTALA) is a United States Act of Congress passed in 1986 as part of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act. It requires hospitals and ambulance services to provide care to anyone needing emergency treatment regardless of citizenship, legal status or ability to pay. There are no reimbursement provisions. As a result of the act, patients needing emergency treatment can be discharged only under their own informed consent or when their condition requires transfer to a hospital better equipped to administer the treatment.

Poor Hillary. This thing was Hillarycare until now
It's funny to think of how many millions of Americans picture Obama at his desk writing up his plan.
The government needs to get completely out of healthcare. Not, don't pass the current bill, repeal all healthcare bills. They created the problem they are claiming to fix.

That`s the government`s MO -- create a problem and spin a
socialized fix. Look back in history they have gained power many times with the help of their puppet media.
