HAARP

Lots going on in the tropics this week. Look like the tropical storms are lining up in the Atlantic. I wonder if this year HAARP will destroy New Orleans again.

Speaking of Haarp I took some photos

of an antenna system the military has had for years at a old WW2 air base outside of Scribner, Nebr.
The airfield is used by private plans now and part of the runways use to be used for drag racing until the state basically forced them out of business a few years back.
The government still uses part of the airfield and has these antenna systems on there.

Don't know if they are anything but I have always wondered what they
where used for.

The hoops antenna set up is newer and put up in the last ten years or so, that is IF memory serves me correctly.
Anyway..I don't know if they have anything to do with haarp but I have always wondered about them.

Weather Modification

You may have a point about New Orleans being destroyed by 'steering' Hurricane Katrina into it, or close enough to do major damage.

But there is no way to know who is responsible for it, or whether HAARP is capable of this kind of nano-technology. As well, the U.S. is not the only country with weather modification technology; the Russians, the Chinese and (I think) the Indians have it also.

Although hurricanes can indeed by 'steered' there is no 'signature' as to who is doing it. A scientist on Coast to Coast AM told George Noory that when it looked like Katrina was about to hit Biloxi and then New Orleans, he was able to detect an opposing force; that some other 'force' was trying to push it back out to sea.

This is the stuff of science fiction, but it's been around for quite a long time. I am not convince that HAARP is capable of steering storms, but you may be right. Certainly, it can disrupt the ionosphere, and affect weather patterns in general. I would love to see some data on this.

HARRP

About two years ago there occurred here in Tennesse, a wind or gust front that originated over Lake Michigan. The local weather stations reported on it all that particular day going as far as to give specific time of arrival and such. It took about 7 to 8 hours to arrive in Tennesse and was travilling at about 60 to 70 miles an hour. The wind was not associated with a storm it was just a wind, and it was fairly narrow, about maybe a 150 miles wide. The wind was like a wave in the air and sure enough it passed thriough my area right on time headed all the way down to the Gulf. Now, I have heard that there are two HARRP transmitters situated opposite each other up on the northern part of Lake Michigan, one in Michigan and one in Wisconsin. I am wondering if that was some kind of operational test. It certainly was a odd event, as it was just a wind and it took about 5 minutes or less to pass through and then everything was back to normal.

a documentary on it on the history channel and you can go to Alaska and see one of them. You can look them up on the government website, Of course they play it down but it is real. They are messing with the ionisphere, One huge dangerous experiment at the very least. And they worry about co2 emmissions, What a joke. Not funny.

HAARP can be used as a heater to warm sections of the atmosphere or sections of the oceans.
It is claimed that it can influence El Nino and La Nina weather patterns, among other things.

In addition, it transmits ELF/VLF radio frequencies which are known to be able to influence the human body, causing physical disturbance or mental anguish.

The "Chemtrails" are laden with barium and aluminum, which are known to enhance "whistler modes" that improve VLF/ELF transmissions.
They may be linked, and operating together for some purpose.

about chemtrails but I think harp could be a ticking time bomb. It worries me alot more.

Wonder what Sarah Palin would have to say about it? Little war monger would probably try to put on a good cover for what it is intended for;
