Not really.. there are more versions of self-rule than anarchy, which although a nice theory doesn't work when you add that last pesky ingredient... people.
I'll take a functioning Republic, tyvm. Which doesn't have any rulers other than ~We The People~. Emphasis on FUNCTIONING... as ours is not, currently.
So I'd rather fix that than try anarchy as a lifestyle.

Do you think there should BE rules for people to follow?
i.e.
Robbery is not ok, embezzlement is not ok, defrauding others is not ok, murdering others is not ok etc?
If so, how do you propose these rules be enforced?
