Here it is THE MATRIX AND THE U. S. CONSTITUTION (must read)
THE MATRIX AND THE U. S. CONSTITUTION
By: no name (hidden for his safety)
INTRODUCTION:
During my twelve years service as a Judge, I always insisted on the truth and placed justice above law and order. I could have prepared this article indicia of a research paper; however, people tend to lose interest when articles of this nature become too technical. Science has taught us that “For every action there is a positive reaction.” If your life on earth resembles a Matrix, it is because you’re seeing things for the first time, with eyes wide open, but you feel confused! That feeling of confusion is appropriate because the information you are now digesting, contradicts much of the information you have been spoon fed throughout your life! I named this paper after the movie “The Matrix” written by the Wachowsi brothers. After reading this, watch the movie and you will notice many similarities.
In 2002, my brother ran into a problem with the IRS and to help him out, I began to research the Tax Code. One thing led to another and suddenly I was uncovering information about our government, which was directly in conflict with the U. S. Constitution and what I have been led to believe throughout my life. In time I began to interface with people from every state in the Republic, who were doing the same thing I was doing, some for the same reason and others for different reasons. We began to trade our research and the facts I uncovered were totally in contradiction to the history of America which had been taught to us in public school and the principals of law I had absorbed during my service as a Judge. I began to assist people to prepare and file suits in the courts and I filed several of my own. At one point, because of the information I’m about to provide to you, I became extremely depressed. After about three months, I eventually shook it off and continued on with my research.
My hope in writing this is to help you, the reader, make sense of it all, which will require you to wash your mind clean of the brainwashing you were subjected to by our government, our government-controlled public schools and churches and reeducate yourself. When you understand the actions, the reactions will make sense, and it should anger you! Eventually, you will have a choice to make; a choice that will define “How to survive life in The Matrix?” In ‘The Matrix’ nothing is real; however, your mind has been conditioned to believe it is real! The Matrix is far too big to defeat; no one can escape it, and we haven’t the means or intelligence to beat those in control! Through my research, I discovered that America is a society of functional illiterates! I remind you that this is not my opinion; I’m just the messenger!
The people in charge of the Matrix represent the most powerful and intelligent humans on earth. When gifted children appear in the public schools of the world, they are courted with scholarships, money and eventually memberships into secret societies. They will be introduced to very persuasive intellectuals, who will convince these young gifted people that it is their place and duty to be a part of the elite who rule the world’s population because the rest of the world’s population is too stupid to make decisions for themselves (their comment - not mine).

Sorry, but I don't believe this.
Someone who not only made it through law school but onto the bench would be much better educated than this message demonstrates. They'd probably be able to quote Sir Isaac Newton correctly. They'd know the difference between principals and principles.
That said, the whole bit about the Matrix is pretty much on target. I just wish a good point hadn't been made questionable by what looks for all the world to be imposture.
Brillant!
Brillant!
Gifted intellectuals
Gifted intellectuals recruited? HAH! I wish that was true. The truth is the more intelligent you are, the more cursed you are, for you see the world and people for all its wrongs and don't adjust well to your surroundings.
Ignorance is bliss ...
uhmmm....I don't think you are a judge.
or maybe you are and you just had too many drinks tonight. But your grammar is not very good and your use of exclamation points is not typical for someone of your position AND you have misquoted a rudimentary rule of physics.
I hope this was cathartic for you.
Note to self: shorten your tirades and more people will actually read them.
I know a two lawyers that aren't too concerned about grammer
when writing notes etc., unless it was serious legal stuff. This guy writes just great. Take it or leave it. Whatever. It just jives with so much of what I have come across in books and internet. I am pretty convinced of it. That's me.

Dunno...
It seems most on this thread hold judges up there somewhere above human.
I'm married to a judge.. she's tough but fair and really knows her stuff... in her area of expertise.
If she is excited about something when she's typing an opinion piece, she will use exclamation points.
I don't think she's very good at putting a sentence together, personally. She does do her job well, however.
I don't think she has the foggiest idea about applied physics, except where it would mean something to determine a case, then she would look it up.
Why does a typed opinion have to be held to any certain writing standards? Even ~official~ newspapers and publications screw things up all the time. I read yesterday, for instance, that someone in our town was arrested for pubic intoxication. Now, either a slipup was made typing that, or there is a whole new world out there that I was not aware of.
This should be judged on content, not personal writing style.
Just an opinoin.

hey, it was spelled correctly
Thank the Department of Education for the quality pubic school system. : )
If I had a nickle for every time I read about someone giving advise, I'd be a wealthy man.
Why learn to spell if you have spell check?
Besides, World of Warcraft is a much more productive use of one's time.
I see other people picked up
on the writing style too....
sorry to be redundant.
I just posted the link to this article this afternoon!

I read it....
It basically says that if we acknowledge the laws of TPTB, the Constitution is not a weapon we can use in defense of our right to be free. I do not acknowledge their laws...I believe we are free as a right of simply being born, regardless of whether we have been coerced into slavery/playing by their rules on paper. If we cannot use the Constitution to defend our collective right to be free, what does that really change? We cannot win, playing by their rules and perhaps, we cannot win at all, but I for one, will die defending my right to be free! TPTB are playing by their own rules... now WE must do the same. I am working on getting myself and my sons out of "the system" as much as possible.
It was a long read...did I miss some suggestion as to how to break out of the matrix?
Edit to add: It was an interesting read and I had read bits and pieces elsewhere...
"I prefer peace. But if trouble must come, let it come in my time, so that my children can live in peace".
Thomas Paine
"We need to attract people who create more light, than heat" (Fortune cookie-8/14/2001)

this is very important
Wisdom is better than weapons of War.....
No...
Someone that stupid doesn't deserve to be heard. Or to have me waste time on their bullshit theories. If they got that wrong, what wouldn't they get wrong...
As I said, that site reminds me of the Weekly World News, except the Weekly World News has publishing standards...

I stopped reading...
A few sentences in when you got a basic fundamental law of physics that every child knows/should know so horribly wrong as to make it complete nonsense.
When you said, “For every action there is a positive reaction!” The actual law is...
"For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."

What publishing standards are here at the Daily Paul pray tell?
There has been many excellent articles, discussion, and debates here without any so called 'standards'. The mods take peoples words away from time to time, but other than that, we post what might be pertinent.
Whoever wrote that article claiming to be a judge, was quite articulate, educated and wrote very well.
Can't you discern for yourself, you need someone to create publishing standards, what, like the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post? You think their 'publishing standards' are worth anything to any of us????

My humor gets lost on so many here...
My statement was indicating that the Weekly World News was actually better and more polished than that site. And considering how absurd Weekly World News is, it says something really bad about that site.
I have nothing against someone who lacks knowledge. I have a great deal against someone who claims to have knowledge that they in fact lack as this person does.
From now on, I think I will just stop explaining these things and just start calling people dumb asses when they deserve it. At least that would be understood.

I can see why it does...
since it isn't convoluted as much as it is omitted.
So what you're saying, in essence, is that you have a different opinion than the writer, so you are all-knowing and the writer is a dumbass.
I think you are correct in your assumption that you should just stop explaining things to people here.
It would leave room on the thread for actual discussion.

dumbass
:)
Nothing that requires thought will be used communicating with you.
No, I do not have a different opinion. The laws of physics are not in debate.

Ok, well, that's you're opinion.

I started wondering when I ran into a grammatical
error that I would not expect a judge to make. Could be a typo of course, ahem, lots of us make those.
