Why is it coming up as a point of discussion? There is no new evidence, nor new allegations, nor any buzz...except for reprinting this old article on Daily Paul.

Because there is no public evidence to consider, and because the judge saw fit to drop the case and seal the record, it is presumed Ritter is innocent. End of story.

what did he have in his bag of tricks to get the whole thing dismissed? What would he have said if the case had blown wide open? I think this is answered a few posts down.

As many of you may know, the plans for taking out Hussein has been on the books ever since Bush I. The neoCONs & neoLiBs never gave up on this plan; last to really push it was Clinton admin's Chief of Staff, which I'd rather call the 'head office manager who thinks he runs the whole company(nation, in this case)' John Podesta, who is now head of the FAKE "progressive" thinktank, pro-imperialism, Center for American Progress.

And, Scott Ritter has been a weapons inspector, as well as someone with ties within the intelligence community, for a long time. As you may surmise, these bastards do not want anyone with an inkling of Constitutionalism within their character. So it's only natural to either blackmail, embarrass, politically destroy, or assassinate character, or physically really assassinate all and any NWO opposition, as history has shown.

But, of course, to be absolutely factual, unless any of us knows someone personally, the best we can do is read between the lines, analyze publicly available info and news. And, from all the interviews I've heard him on, among them, Alex Jones, Guns & Butter, Democracy Now, Randi Rhodes Show, AntiWar Radio, and a few others, over almost a decade, he seems to be the real deal.

Then again, with something as sordid as an accusation like this, if it were really true, no amount of denial, or sealing record will help, especially if there's any inkling that the accusation was in fact true; the accused behavior, as alluded to in the article, in someone do not start suddenly. As anyone who's studied criminal behaviors may surmise, they'd have a trail of history. And if Scott were one, there would be no doubt more accusations.

But, we do know for FACT, who has a sealed settlement but is GUILTY AS CHARGED: Bill O'Reilly. The FakeNews hack's recording of him sexually accosting his coworker is TAPED and was public prior to his settlement; the recordings of him mistakenly referring to a loofah is as common knowledge to even someone like Jay Leno.

Since, the accusation against Ritter never stuck, and the timing of the release of info was such, I think as it stands, and as far as an unrelated third party observer outside of Ritter's personal circle can testify, I believe Scott is really telling the truth, and this is nothing but a smear campaign by the neoCONS.

As with all of these things, you judge a tree by its fruit. And so far, as far as all the publicly available info tells me, he's been a great asset in informing the public about the NEED to shift our American Foreign Policy toward an Anti-war, anti-imperialist stance. And I think, on the most part, that's the best and most we can speak of anyone that has records up for debate in public, can offer.

I do know that it would have been their first thought to discredit him at any cost. I also know he was right as to what he said based on other accounts. I know they were not about to let one man stop this war. If I had to choose between him having a under-aged girl and the 10's of thousands of under age girls that were raped and killed due to this war. I would have to say it would be worth it. Whether or not he was a pedophile, I do not know but his words did check out. Is CNN trying to discredit the whole thing based on this?
