"The Republican Party Is An Empty Vessel" - Rand Paul

Rand has suggested we fill it with the waters of liberty....

But just donating to and voting for candidates like Rand Paul won't achieve that goal - you have a bigger responsibility than that to make this happen.

You also have to get involved with the actual party mechanisms - start by going to your local County GOP Executive Committee meetings - become a precinct committeeman/committeewoman - drag your friends along to do the same, as a precinct committeeman/woman it is your responibility to educate/keep informed the republican voters in your precinct - doesn't that sound like just a litle bit of fun? :) (it is!)

Once you are a committeeman/woman - you have a right to vote on local party business - and this includes electing chairmen/women - next time county elections come up - run yourself or one of your friends for chairman/woman - There are other positions available also, secretary, treasurer, etc, and build from there...That's how we fill this vessel from the grassroots up.

Your County Republican Executive Committee meets once a month, those folks can tell you when and where.
