Funny thing just happened on Digg

I usually use the upcoming feature under the World & Business section. I read and then dugg this article:
http://digg.com/politics/White_House_threatens_Rush_Limbaugh
I refreshed the upcoming page and it was gone. It was at the top previously. The article was submitted 30 minutes earlier. So it was fairly new for the upcoming page. One thing that becomes apparent is they did not want it getting any attention. This article is no about Rush but the information control that is being thrown at us.

Nothing new
Digg has been proven to censor over and over. During the campaign I found that 90+% of Ron Paul articles on digg were buried, regardless of the amount of diggs they got. The closest number to Paul was around 50% but were candidates who had less than 100 total articles.
Digg also censored everything from Alex Jones websites. A few articles had 1000's of diggs and were still buried. There was a tool which let you count how many buries a certain article had. It sometimes only took 1 bury to take a story off the upcoming articles list.
I saw that occur too.
It all seemed to happen when Obama arose overnight in popularity on Digg. I guess I assumed it would fade out after the elections but this was so blatantly in my face. The censorship is starting to ramp up even more now.
