thing in this town hall meeting is the fact, that most of the people, that are against the new healthcare bill, because they think it's a waste of money and will increase the debt, don't agree that the Iraq war is a waste and money and increased the debt.
You can say about Barney Frank all you want, but he didn't make that up, that's really insane crowd behaviour.

Unfortunately, the RP crowd is still a minority, but their position is really the only one, that is completly sane. And that is, the war and government health care are both a waste.

Maybe I'm Overly Optimistic

But I think there are more people coming around to our way of thinking. If you watch the entire exchanges, it's always Barney Frank who turns it into a partisan debate. Rather than answering the man's question about why we should trust his judgment with health care after his blind praise of Fannie and Freddie, Frank builds this straw man out of the Iraq War (the one vote he ever got right). Just because the Republicans screwed up by sending troops to Iraq doesn't mean the Democrats get to screw up health care.
