Bin Laden NOT indicted.(VIDEO UPDATE)

I just got back from a town council meeting where I asked the members to assist me with an issue. My issue is with the FACT that Bin Laden has NOT been indicted. I told them that I read somewhere that the FBI admitted there was not enough evidence... After trying to get an official response I was unable to... Therefore, I went to council to see if they could fire off an email to the FBI and get some sort of official document that confirms the allegations I have read that there is NOT enough evidence to INDICT Bin Laden... I was a bit tired and it took awhile to get my point accross... but in the end I did... My point was that we are nation governed by the rule of law... and that when a criminal act occurs... and that is what 911 was... a criminal act... then probable cause MUST be met... a grand jury convenes... and an indictment is handed down... Without the INDICTMENT... there is NO rule of LAw... and thus... NO NATION! They asked me what relevance does it have to the town... they impuned me... people in the audience laughed... and I got pissed... I said... relevance... has anyone in this town died because of the wars?.... YES.... So there is your relevance...

The way I see it... the only way to bring BOTH sides together... the TRUTHERS and the OTHERS... is to agree on an INDICTMENT.... Neither side can disagree on that issue... that is the uniter....

I dunno... it was quite unnerving to see the response... So I will keep trying to obtain an official statement of some kind that admits there is NOT enough evidence ... That may not be the smoking gun... but it may help...

Is it legal to do a post-mortem indictment? I suppose if they can clear someone's name after their death, they can trash it as well, legally that is . . .
Bin Laden is dead though, so the point is really moot.

we are all here for liberty, and truther or not, we are already considered wackos, so where is the harm in truthers being in the movement? I don't see any. I try not to focus on 911 too much, but agree there are some of us who need to, and I hope we will all have a job or interest that serves the final result for the final good, which is freedom for us all!!!! a good point and most people don't realise that he is not officially charged with 911 but he is charged with past crimes. But people should be clear he is not the known cuprit of 911 therefore not the cause of the war and there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq either. Most people don't rea;ise that either any many people that do know still think it was ok to attack the because they were probably there and they just hid them. Many Americans just will not think in any terms but the US is always justified when it attacks others. Sad really. Nice try but many aren.t ready for that. But don't mess with there health care or waste thier money. Oh except on war.

I went to NIST, DOC Inspector General, DOJ, and FBI directly and got nowhere as far as I know. The DOJ never contacted me back. The Inspector General and NIST were brick walls and apparently even tried to cover up the information I submitted, by not publishing it in the record - until after I contacted the FBI, then it suddenly appeared. The Inspector General also said that he would not investigate NIST unless I proved there was fraud - well, what's the point of the Inspector then?

The FBI told me I would only hear back from them if they needed more information, and they have not contacted me, nor can they say what stage any investigation is in.

But I do know for a fact that the FBI has Professor Steven Jone's scientific papers, covering the evidence of high explosives, and the NASA thermal data, because I went to their office, spoke with an agent and submitted them.

Not for 9/11...but he is under indictment for the bombings in Africa in 1998 and a few other things too.

The fact is...nothing exists to prove that Bin Laden knew about 9/11 or had anything to do with it...except that the cell leaders attended his camp in Afghanistan.

He's an evil prick either way.

Unfortunately...it seems the only people we can conclusively tie to 9/11 were incinerated. Actually...I think they're planning on prosecuting Khalid Sheik Mohammed for complicity...he's the sweathog in the filthy wifebeater, remember him?

If I can get members of council or the mayor to request that information it would be MUCH harder for them to deny it... The local paper would eventually write about and that may wake up a few out there. It may not be a home run but it aint a strike out. Not yet anyway.

Rallying on and on about indictments might seem like time well spent, but it sounds like the majority of people rolled their eyes at you.

You can't indict someone for being the inspiration of a crime...or else Ozzy would still be in jail ;)
