that was awesome. the only

that was awesome. the only way you can come face to face with optimism is if you face the negative and watch it eradicate itself. peter schiff's views are never pessimistic to me.

If these reporters are only

If these reporters are only going to entertain "positive" messaging in their political candidates ... that mindset reflects the stupidity and unrealistic, irresponsible attitudes of the elected Congress and SENATE which play at governing US....

A slick investor

There is a reason why Warren Buffett is the #1 slick investor in the world. If he did not support the bail out, he would not double down on GS (Goldman Sachs) preferred stock and no one would bail out his WFC (Wells Fargo). He's just like many businessmen, looking after his own pockets and Berkshire's shareholders. He owned $7B in GS, WFC, American Express, GE, US Bank, BoA, M&T Bank and Sun Trust Bank and Berkshire owns $19B (not including Buffett's money) in these companies. You can read this good article at Seeking Alpha.

Good catch!

Buffett certainly has a horse in this race.

Anyone notice...

...a real sense of urgency in his voice? Moreso than usual...

I was thinking the

same thing, then at the end the commentators were like - 'ok, we're out of time, good to see you peter..." What?!?!?! It's like your are driving toward a cliff, and someone is saying stop! and you respond with 'ok, well, good to see ya, talk to ya later."

They go to him because he's a good interview

but think it isn't cool to act like they believe him.

Really! That is the lamest response imaginable.

There is a real disconnect with these reporters.

go peter!

go peter!

The slogan press on has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. No person was ever honored for what he received. Honor has been the reward for what he gave.

The interviewer may have done Peter a favor

by asking how he could get votes if he offers no hope. After all, Obama ONLY offered a slogan of hope, our whole entire government gets elected ONLY on the illusion of hope that they actually care about the country and the people.

RP always mixes a very positive message, that freedom works, with his warnings about the direction of the government. That is a skill Peter could work on and develop better. He's great pointing to the problem; I'd like to see him focus his outstanding use of metaphor to illustrate the good results of freedom.

I admire Peter's courage to speak out like this. And in relation to this, I think that given what the govt is doing to our currency, one of the only ways for most people to protect and potentially prosper from this is by investing in those assets that should rise from all the money printing, such as gold and other commodities. Here is a good discussion on the gold price and the economy: http://www.goldalert.com

You tell em Peter! When are

You tell em Peter! When are these fools going to get it!

Another Classic Schiff Quote In Here

"We have basically lost the war in this country. Our factories are gone. Our savings are gone. We have to rebuild. We can either be East Germany or West Germany. Right now it's East Germany."

Worth Repeating

Great sound bite.

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Warren Buffett is one of them ...

... a mouthpiece for the NWO. Why would anyone expect truth to escape his lips?

He and Gates have given billions for population control (that means ridding the world of us). Obviously, based on his actions and statements, he believes he owes his success to the Zionist bankers. Who am I to disagree?

So much for his astute financial prowess. Anyone who has the inside track can make a buck.

you are exactly right... he

you are exactly right... he is one of them.. a liar..

A prudent man foresees the difficulties ahead and prepares for them; the simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences. Proverbs 22:3
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to
send peace on earth: I came not to send peace,
but a sword.

Interesting question and insight into some political realities.

The question was put to Peter wondering how he could expect to generate votes by putting forth a pessimistic message. The truth is the truth. It was as if they had asked how he could win by insisting that 2 + 2 had to equal 4 and could never equal anything other than 4, when an opponent would likely gather far more votes by telling voters that, if elected, he would work tirelessly to make 2 + 2 equal 5. I hope that he continues to appear on the air and I wish that we could start seeing an increased frequency of his appearance on other programming venues like CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc.

Good point! He's putting forth the truth message and he's not

pessimistic at all! The talking heads robotically respond with the same inane questions about "messages" without even recognizing the power or even existence of the TRUTH itself and one's insight and courage in in being able to see it and voice it.

There's nothing more frustrating...

than watching one rational man talk to two bumbling idiots.

Don't allow yourself to be frustrated ...

Just think ... people are waking up ... they're beginning to understand the difference between Pollyanna bs and reality. When people are feeling pain, they relate to reality, not to happy talk.

These dopey talking heads are in for a real shock! I'd bet their audience relates better to Peter than to them or to filthy rich Warren Buffett.

I agree with you...

but to see how the MSM tries so desperately to spin their own spin when Schiff is just dealing out truth is outrageous, it's a circus.
