And it's not just that they run out of money, it's that just about every staff member is either a butcher or incompetent as well. I will not allow my daughter to use the Indian Health services even though she qualifies.

My ex-wife has permanent life altering conditions directly caused by "treatment" that she received at the hands of this government program.

Sometimes free isn't worth it.
