He's Sufficiently Stupid
The kind of guy the establishment likes. Even guys willing to play along, such as, say, Limbaugh or Levine, are too dangerous if they understand the game. There is a fear that eventually they may rebel, or accidentally reveal something that is best left undiscussed. There is no such danger with Hannity. He is a know-nothing who will spout mindless platitudes but nevertheless keep a lid on any real political reform. I could see it, actually.
