Why stop there?

If that would be a smart move, how about preventing foreigners to buy anything at all for their hard-earned dollars? That way the USA gets to keep all stuff made in China and other countries without ever having to do any work for it. Apart from printing more and more dollars. I'm sure foreigners will love it, they will never stop trading the USA... Or will they?
This land belongs to Americans.
I did not talk about trade or keeping “stuff” without working for it. I also did not say anything about preventing foreigners from buying “anything” with their hard-earned dollars. I do believe that to keep our sovereignty we should restrict foreign ownership entirely. Many other countries already have this restriction like Switzerland. I have been overseas and have seen the locals pushed out of the prime property. I do not want to be a servant in my own land to foreigners. It’s bad enough being a servant to the bankers. I heard that it is already happening in Florida.
new material?
I agree with sentinel18 that for regular viewers, some new material would be nice (I'm especially tired of the Bronx boy line). But it looks like his standard spiel has been working as far as getting new people interested in his predictions goes. From a big picture perspective, the concern should be that he'll lose credibility with people who only see him now and then.

but how many times have i heard the merger of the state and corporations is fascism, that he's a bronx boy, that when people lose everything they lose it, that he's a political atheist etc. He's gotta come up with some new material to keep my interest level high :)
Foreign Takeover in the Making
Is there anything in the books that will keep foreign investors from buying all our land and foreclosures once the dollar has been decimated? Shouldn’t we see this coming and stop it before it is too late.

China's $200 billion sovereign wealth fund, which lost big on its ill-timed 2007 Morgan Stanley and Blackstone bets, plans to invest up to $2 billion in U.S. mortgages as it eyes a property market rebound, two people with direct knowledge of the matter said Monday.
China Investment Corp plans to soon invest in U.S. taxpayer-subsidized investment funds that will acquire "toxic" mortgage-backed securities from the nation's banks. CIC believes these assets are a safer bet than buying into the U.S. Federal Reserve's Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF), the people with direct knowledge said.
