The US armed forces wanted one thing from Yossarian. Big Brother wanted the same from Winston Smith. They wanted "love." But the agents did not demand it for themselves individually. Those fictional serfs were granted a sorry kind of freedom only if they truly loved the State. The State is never secure when people merely submit to tyranny. One day, a person might decide no longer to submit. The State needs the love of its subjects.

The men in this video are geniuses. They give their love and humor to the individuals in police costumes, but mock the State.
